This patch is a game-changer. It’s so convenient to use, and I love knowing I’m getting essential nutrients for my bones without swallowing pills. I love how easy this patch is to use. Just apply it, and I’m good to go for the day. My bone health has noticeably improved since I started using it.

Transdermal application of vitamins is rising in frequency, and this will be a great thing when it is readily available. Calcium should be suitable, as anything with a molecular weight less than 500 g/mol can be, and calcium carbonate is 100g/ mol. If you want to know more for yourself, you can search for transdermal calcium absorption and , you will find a good article titled Peeking into the Future that talks about it.
So I was very happy to see this patch. So why the “ less than expected” review?
But I can’t give this patch a good review because the amount that each patch contains is so very low. Take for example the calcium. There are only 20 mg of calcium in one patch along with magnesium and vit D and K to help with the processing of the calcium. However, adults need at least 1000 mg of calcium,, even children need 800 mg. Of course you could get a lot of this in your diet, but a boost to your diet of 20 mg is not going to be very useful. I can’t see any circumstance where this amount would really help. What I worry about is if somebody would use this patch, thinking that they were supplying enough calcium to really help them, when they aren’t. Even a few patches a day used at once would not supply a significant amount.
That’s the main reason I’m giving it a two *. It’s a great system, just not enough vitamin to be useful. .

No More Pills Swallowing pills was always a struggle for me, so this patch has been a lifesaver. It’s effective, easy to use, and comfortable to wear.
Since I started using this patch, I’ve felt more energetic and confident in my overall health. My joints feel better too.

If these patches were more user-friendly, I’d give a five star review. However, they are not.
They come in a thin, sleek cardboard box that is about the size of two decks of cards. Inside are 10 sealed plastic pouches with a plastic sheet inside that contains six patches per sheet. The sealed pouches can be opened easily by tearing open the top; it is not childproof.
As I said, inside each pouch is a flimsy plastic sheet with six patches on it. The sheet acts as a adhesive backing. To use, you have to peel one patch off the sheet then stick on your arm, abdomen, shoulder, or forearm. The directions say to apply the patch in the morning and remove after 8-10 hours of wear.
The patches are thin and flexible. They remind me of plastic bandaids but thinner. Once on the skin, I don’t notice them. They stick well and so far none have fallen off during the day for me.
Now, what I don’t like is trying to get the patches off the plastic adhesive backing. Many patches have a split on the adhesive backing, allowing the user to stick one side to the skin before removing the other adhesive backing side, again, much like a bandaid. These do not. It’s difficult to get them off the sheet, especially with short fingernails. Often when I attempt to peel them off, the corner of the patch gets stuck to itself. This happens a lot too to the middle of the patch when I apply it to my skin; it sticks to itself. Once it sticks to itself, there’s no pulling it apart because the patch will be ruined. Also, if you happen to pull the patch off, it won’t restick.

I’ve noticed a big improvement in my joint comfort and overall bone strength. The time-release feature ensures I’m getting nutrients throughout the day. This patch has become a must-have in my daily routine!

Nice easy way to get a little extra calcium. I realize it most likely has to be a small amounts of calcium and of magnesium. But even so I’m always looking for any way to get any extra calcium.
Anyone whose ever had to choke down the huge calcium pills should understand. Of all the supplement I’ve taken those have been the worst. It’s not bad enough I seldom remember to take half the ones I should. But the size of calcium pills makes me actually keep putting off taking them. So even a small amount is helpful.
I also appreciate it having magnesium in them as well. This is another one I try to get a little extra however I can.
These patches aren’t huge. So don’t take a lot of room to stick on. So far they’ve all stayed on once I stick them to my skin. None have rolled or come loose on me. Just quick simple task. Pull it out stick it to my skin and basically forget about it. Til it’s time to take it off. Also though they stick well, they’re not hard to get them off when it’s time to remove it.
These of course won’t give you the full amount you need to get to full daily values It’s just a little extra boost to other ways you use to get the amounts you should have.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures in the listing with the ingredients. They are FALSE. The real ingredients I will post in my review. The topper is you can’t return these. Complete waste of time money and terrible product representation. I only gave it one star because I had to.
