So both a friend of mine and I ordered these the same week. I had bloodwork done and needed to do something to raise my magnesium level that was low. So since his arrived sooner than mine I took half of his and will replace when mine arrive. I can say after taking these for about 10 days my test for magnesium was at the normal level. Now I take these at bedtime because we both found that these help use both relax and sleep better. These taste great and are much easier to take than capsules or tablets of any brand. They are soft, chewy, not really sticky and they have helped with my sleep and blood results. The labeling is clear and easy to read which I have noticed that this isn’t always the case. So 100% definitely reccommend these to anyone with a reason to try them!

That said, these are a sweet gummy supplement. Resembling a gummy bear candy—be sure to keep any kids away from this, in case they mistake for candy. Keep out of reach for them.

Ps The gummies I received are green vs red. I don’t consider this a discrepancy bc it looks like they have a different fruit flavor of this product showed in this description. So don’t be alarmed if you receive green gummies.

They’re GREEN! An unusual color for an item that is watermelon-flavored, the flavor is weak to almost not there. That said, it’s a convenient way of augmenting the intake dosage of magnesium, just wish that they were red or red/green and tasted like watermelon

I’ve been having to plan around taking these because of how good they are at putting me and keeping me asleep. I’ve never taken melatonin, but my sister has. I gave her some of these and she claims that she sleeps so much better with these and doesn’t have the headaches that melatonin sometimes gives her. I will say, these are so good at relaxing you and putting you into deep sleep that you’ll wake up very sluggish, but not in a “Oh god I didn’t sleep well kind of way” in a “i slept so well I wish I could go back to sleep” kind of way.

I’ve tried the Venture Pal gummies that had the sugar and thought they improved the amount of time I was staying asleep. When I reordered, I chose these sugar-free ones just to avoid unnecessary sugar and they work for me, too. No complaints. Will order more when these run out. Arrive sealed.
