Got these a while back for days when I didn’t wanna hit the gym. Worked great. Durable and comfortable. Parents use it from time to time. Gave a few to a friend and they got the most out of them too

It is literally not worth the price 99 dhs? The quality is very bad and it is not same in description I received generic tools and the handles are not good they seem to cut off in first usage. Do not buy it . I request for refund

I really like these stretch bands they’re well-made. The connectors are well-made. It is held together. It works well. I’ve never had any issues with them so far.

I purchased these tube resistance bands to replace my loop bands, which frequently frayed or broke. I wanted something more durable and versatile for my workouts, and these seemed like a well-reviewed, reasonably priced option.
The packaging was professional, and everything arrived tightly packed and in excellent condition. All the components were included, and the overall presentation was solid. The instructions on how to attach and use the anchors were simple and easy to follow, but the package didn’t include a workout program or exercise examples.
I’ve been using these bands for about a week, working out three times a week, and they’ve been great so far. One standout feature is their compact size, they roll up easily and fit into a small bag included with the set. This makes them perfect for travel, whether you’re working out in a hotel room, on a patio, or even at the beach.
As someone who doesn’t use anchors or attachments, I rely solely on the bands and grips. The shorter length of these bands compared to gym-style tube bands is actually a plus for me. At 6’2”, I don’t need to loop them around anything to remove slack, which streamlines my routine.
When it comes to resistance workouts, it’s a bit of a rabbit hole to compare them to traditional weights like dumbbells. Resistance bands engage your muscles differently, and it’s up to you to adjust the tension and ensure a good workout. With these bands, I’ve been able to focus on my muscle engagement and adjust on the fly. While it’s less straightforward than grabbing a heavier dumbbell, I still feel like I’m getting an effective workout.
The grips are comfortable and eliminate the hand-squeezing issue I faced with loop bands. This makes longer sets more manageable and enjoyable.
Pros:
Compact size and included bag make them ideal for travel.
Comfortable grips improve the overall workout experience.
Shorter length is convenient and reduces slack for taller users.
Durable stitching and strong clips inspire confidence in their longevity.
Cons:
A 5lb band option would be a nice addition for finer resistance adjustments.
The grip-to-band length feels slightly long for certain exercises like bent-over rows.
No included workout program or exercise examples, though instructions on anchor use are clear.
Overall, these tube bands are a solid upgrade from my old loop bands. They’re versatile, comfortable, and travel-friendly, making them great for anyone who wants to stay active without the bulk of traditional equipment. I’ll update this review after more extended use, but for now, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone exploring resistance band workouts.

I am very happy with these resistance bands! I purchased these in addition to another set I already had, allowing me to have different setups prepared around the room, saving time on changing bands for different exercises.
For me, these bands work better than going to the gym, which comes with an expensive monthly fee, travel time and costs, lack of natural light, loud and annoying music, and often having to queue to use the equipment.
I leave them on the floor in my room so they are easy to pick up. This allows me to take half-hour pauses between reps, something not achievable at the gym. If you’re at home or work from home, you can do some reps every hour during the day.
In terms of results, I’ve noticed improved muscle definition in about 3-4 weeks. I’m sure the best results come with a good diet, which I’m still working on. I’ve never seen such improvements from going to the gym, probably because I couldn’t maintain the routine long enough and couldn’t exercise on the spot at any time of the day without traveling, etc. I also noted that resistance bands are a lot more protective for my joints and lower back, which allows me to exercise for longer.
I’ve researched quite a bit on the pros and cons of resistance bands vs. constant weight. Based on my experience, if you have the correct diet and consistency in working out, you can achieve ‘the six-pack body’ with resistance bands alone, as long as you keep adding extra bands over time as you progress. If you’re aiming for professional bodybuilding competitions, you will probably need to work out with classical weights as well.
I’m very pleased with this additional purchase and regret not trying resistance bands earlier in life. It has been a game changer for me.
I’ve shared this whole story with the other seller from whom I purchased my initial set of resistance bands.

This is a great, inexpensive way to build muscle while staying in the comfort of your own home. I have used each band with their difference in resistance weights several times. I was never the person to commit to working on building my strength, but I have noticed a genuine difference in the way my body looks after using these for about a month or so. It is easy to commit to using something like these because it has so many different ways to use them to work out a specific muscle group of your choice.
I can’t think of a problem I have with these because they are so versatile. They have many functions to utilize. I found an old broomstick handle, put it in the 50lb band, and used it to do various lifts.
My favorite part is that I can use this to workout with my family who don’t have the metabolism they used to.

First of, if you are someone that can not go to a gym, or can’t afford weights, these are an amazing and great alternative to both. As someone that has weights but no machines, this is still amazing. It’s Value for money is perfect if you are on a budget like I am, it’s durability is amazing, too. I did a stretching test with my brother, and it stretches out to the width of our room!
The door hangar is the best part about this set. I do not have pillars, or really anything to do exercises like overheard Tricep extensions, Cable Crunches, anything like that. The toughness of this door hangar is perfect.
In terms of comfort and size, these bands are great on the skin, and can be put really anywhere, as they come with their own bag.
Overall, if you are on a budget, can’t afford weights, can’t go to a gym, or can’t afford a cable machine like I can, this is the best alternative on the market.

So, I chose the set that altogether gets you about 250 lbs. of resistance because I can’t afford a good rowing machine. Come to find out that the 250 lbs. of resistance with this set is still easy to row with but provides enough satisfaction that you are getting a tremendous workout. I love it! I don’t have an actual tool to test the accuracy of each cord, but if they are all accurate… then I found a splendid way to row for less!
Of course, there are other exercises to use these with so there’s that as well! I will definitely consider the 300 lbs. version at a later time because hey, I work with many patients at my hospital job so the more weight I can lift/push/pull the better.
Overall, I say go for it!
