I have amassed quite a library of supplements, and I do not plan on stopping anytime soon. Through this journey, I have learned that some supplements nail the dosage perfectly, some go dangerously overboard, and some just drop the ball completely. This 11-in-1 formula falls somewhere between ‘perfect formulation’ and ‘ball completely dropped’. It is effective, but the effect is not so pronounced that I really notice it until I take above the recommended dose. And I don’t particularly like the way an overdose like that could expose me to too much fat soluble vitamins like D3 and K2. So I keep it to one a day, in spite of how mild it might feel sometimes.
That being said, there is a variety of good ingredients, even if the herbs are not at the perfect dosage level, they do have an effect, I have more energy than I do without them. The effect also, in my experience, does stack a bit, every week I take one of these a day, either my body becomes more efficient at using the ingredients, or the residual chemicals build levels within the body, making it easier to get more from these pills regardless. These are decently priced, and are a great value, especially when paired as needed with safe dosages of other herbal supplements such as Fadogia Agrestis, Tribulus, Tongkat Ali etc.

I typically stack l-Argenine in my pre workout supplement regiment, so I decided to try this 11 in 1 compound that contains l-Argenine as well as taurine, citrulline and a bunch of other goodies for muscle strengthening and conditioning. So I ditched the argenine capsules to try this vegatot Citrulline blend and Wow, is all I can say. The energy boost isn’t like a jolt of caffeine, but provides a lower, but steady elevation of energy levels. The sustained energy is not all that noticeable, but I realized that at the end of my routine workouts, I am able to continue if I so choose. There is obviously a synergistic effect from this combination that works very well for me. I’m sold on this product and recommend fitness enthusiasts to give it a try.

The Vegatot L-Citrulline was ordered for use in my daily supplement regimen.
I have used L-Citrulline as an addition to using L-Arginnine & a couple of other supplements for exercise and heart health. However, I should have paid more attention to the amounts of the ingredients in this product. The amounts listed in comparison to what I need are substantially lower. Generally, I take (and have used for several years) about 2000 mg per day of L-Citrulline and about 4000 mg of L-Arginnine per day. The same is true for the Taurine in this supplement. Several servings of this product would need to be used per day in order to reach the amounts normally used.
The capsules are very easy to take and do not produce the dredded “gag effect” like some larger pills or capsules. And, the flavor is benign with no bad aftertaste.
This product is probably better suited for someone starting to use L-Citrulline and L-Arginnine who only wants to try L-Citrulline.
BOTTOM LINE: I cannot recommend this product for someone who is already using L-Citrulline and L-Arginnine since the amounts in the supplement are so small. The price is very high in comparison to other products with much larger amounts in the servings.

Purchased the 11-in-1 Supplement hoping for a one-stop solution, but it’s nothing short of disappointment. Each ingredient is present in such minuscule amounts that it’s laughable to expect any real impact. This supplement is a prime example of false advertising, promising the world and delivering next to nothing. Save your money and invest in something that actually provides the nutrients your body needs. This product is a regrettable waste of time and resources.

I am very pleased with this L-Citrulline supplement primarily due to the affordability and nutritional value. This is a great deal, as you get 150 days’ worth of supplements for less than $20. The supplements are high-quality with a neutral flavor and a smooth vegetable coating to make taking them easier. I am pleased at the nutrient density in each small capsule. The vast nutrient list provides energy for my daily activities, like exercising and walking, notably through the taurine. I’ve noticed that ingredients like L-Citrulline boost my recovery after harder workouts and creatine has visible improved my muscle gain.
Overall, I recommend these supplements due to their wealth of nutrition for an affordable price. A number of the ingredients have made a tangible difference in my energy levels and fitness results. Thanks for reading and I hope this helps.

I appreciate this good combination of supplements all in one capsule. The capsule is easy to swallow, and it’s vegetarian as well. The bottle came well-sealed. For those of us who don’t have the time, cabinet space, or desire to store and take 11 separate supplements, this combination is the answer! Recommended.
