I’m very skeptical about supplements and very cautious when purchasing. I liked these because it didn’t contain any added ingredients. Please take them at night because they do work and really help you get rested.

I can’t give the full 5 stars yet because tonight is the first time I have taken it. My Dr recommended I take a cortisol manager. The one he recommended, I took for 1 month, and I didn’t see any changes. It also had fillers like magnesium stearate and others, which I didn’t like. I saw the ingredients in this one and liked what I saw, so I’m hoping it is going to help relax my muscles while I sleep, due to fibromyalgia. Idk if this is exactly what a cortisol manager is usually used for, but my Dr said it may help me.

The blend works well to relax you. I took it during the day but it made me sleepy so I’ve switched to taking it in the evenings. The pills are easy to swallow and dissolve quickly.
