The primary ingredient in this product is dandelion extract, which is known for its antioxidant properties as well as other benefits. This caught my eye because I’m also interested in regulating both my blood pressure and blood sugar levels and decrease water retention. This also contains uva ursi, which I’ve learned can be helpful with urinary tract infections. There are other herbs in this formula, including black pepper extract, which can help with absorption.
These are capsules, which are of average size and easy to swallow.
Each serving calls for 2 and with 150 capsules in the bottle, this will yield 75 servings, which I think is great: Recommended.

This supplement has a good list of ingredients that should help with its intended purpose. However, many of the ingredients in this supplement are present only in extremely small dosages. Eight of the fourteen ingredients make up a meager 75 milligrams of each capsule–less than ten milligrams a capsule. So this seems, to me, something that is more of an advertising gimmick than anything else. (The eight ingredients are: Parsley, nettle, hibiscus, ginger, fennel, juniper, celery, and black pepper.) Another issue I have with this supplement is that each capsule contains 735% of the minimum daily requirement for vitamin B6. Why so much? This dosage level of vitamin B6 is generally felt to be safe, but I still feel a little uncomfortable taking this high of a percentage of something. In fact, if one took the recommended serving of this supplement (two capsules), it would mean taking almost 15 times the recommended dosage of Vitamin B6. So for those taking a Vitamin B supplement already, this is something to be aware of.

This diuretic is packed full of natural ingredients that support excess water elimination. I love the fact that this is a natural alternative to the chemical diuretics I’d been taking and it works just as well. I was pleased to see that this product is manufactured in a GMP certified facility and that it’s third party tested, both of which are important to me as they boost my faith in the safety and efficacy of a supplement. My only complaint is that the product description touts that it’s “formulated in the US” but there’s no mention of where it’s actually manufactured which feels a bit misleading (hence the 4 star review instead of 5). Overall, it’s a good product that performs the way it should.

I saw the contents of this formulation, and saw a number of supplements I really like to take occasionally as herbal tea preparations, or as supplements. I am afraid though that 14 ingredients is a bit too much, but let’s hope they work well together. So far I can see no side effects, and I feel like the expected effect is as expected and mild, which is what I was hoping for. I checked the sourcing and the company, looks fine.

I tried to research more about this company but not much info out. I think most times it’s made internationally and distributed in USA. I tried a few this week and so far there’s no difference.
It’s an unknown brand so I suggest doing your research and trying a brand name in USA to compare. It’s pricey for the amount given.

Most of these ingredients are diuretics in one way or other. They don’t make me have to go more often, but there’s definitely more output. Potassium is smartly included because you tend to lose a lot of that in your urine.
There’s no scent or taste to these capsules. They’re normal size, and they go down easy without any tummy issues. My bottle has an expiration date of May 2027, and it’s currently October 2024.
My Opinion –
I just started using this so too soon to tell. The pills are regular size and easy to swallow. No smell or bad taste.
