I’ve been using this vegan BCAA for a year now and I’ve gone through 3 of the Watermelon-flavored ones. The first two were the original formula, and they were tolerable. The taste was always meh, very artificial “watermelon” flavored, but I mostly liked it and kept ordering it because it didn’t give me that heart-palpitating, skin-heating feeling that other BCAA’s give me.
I just ordered the new formula, watermelon-flavored as usual, and BLECH! The taste is even worse! I’m not sure I can even tolerate it. The last two times I drank it, I mixed it in a tiny amount of water and chugged it just to get it over with. I’m not sure if I’ll be ordering it again. Maybe I’ll try a different flavor. Maybe.
But reader be warned, the new formula for this particular watermelon-flavored Truth BCAA tastes absolutely awful.

This is by far the most cleanest ingredient BCAA I have found yet. The ingredient list and vegan formula is what made me try this product. I train regularly about 4-5 days a week so finding the best bcaa’s to aid in my recovery is very important to me. This product helps me during training and minimizes my muscle soreness so I can train hard again the next day. The red rasberry flavor is great, not overly sweet but just the right amount of flavor and does not have that typical bad aftertaste that comes with most other Bcaa brands. Also the powder mixes smooth with water once shaken in any bottle. I have been searching for a product like this and Truth Nutrition did not disappoint! This will absolutely be my go-to brand going forward!

i have only used the Truth Nutrition Vegan BCAA Powder for one week now and at first i didn’t feel a difference; but with getting my eating back clean, sleep under better control.. these past 3-4 times i’ve been to the gym, i can tell improvement in my energy and endurance level. i love that its clean and pure ingredients, there’s no heart palpitations / speeding up up, no burning or itching of the skin and i don’t crash necessarily from it (our workouts yes). so far i’m pleased with it but will try a different flavor.. the berry is a little tart, but tolerable. no negatives with

The red raspberry does taste like medicine but it’s not cheap so, I will finish it. This gives me soo much energy! I recently joined a workout boot camp and this is my go to BCAA. also there are no duck feathers and its VEGAN which is a plus. Enjoy get the watermelon flavor. Also sometimes I add a little bit of crystal light raspberry to help out with the medicine taste.

A BCAA supplement was suggested by a wellness trainer. After a lot of research, I realized that most BCAA supplements have artificial sugars and coloring. Those ingredients are so anti-intelligent to good health and was so happy to find your product. It was exactly what I was looking for plus more. The hair and feathers aspect of most BCAA supplements is just gross. Your fermented plant base is perfect and it works!! plus a natural sweetener and no artificial anything. Yay!! I have more energy when working out and definitely have better recovery. The taste is decent and the powder dissolves completely.

This product as been great! After having tried using other BCAAs and not being able to get through the taste of any of them I was pleasantly surprised by Truth. The taste is great and I have actually felt a physical difference in my workouts as well as recovery. I am almost through my second container of the Raspberry flavor and at this point I don’t plan to use anything else.
I use 1 scoop in my water for a workout which I have found keeps my energy up through the full workout. I also will use a scoop on long days of coaching. I coach partner acrobatics and its a pretty physical job so this helps me stay focused and prevents those energy dips I used to have. My standard workouts will be between 1-2 hours five to six days a week, and will often be coaching 2-5 hours a day.
I do have a protein powder that I use that also has BCAAs in it, however, I have found it valuable for my own recovery process to have given my muscles a chance to absorb BCAAs separate prior to providing the protein. Drinking Truth during my workout gives me that chance to kickstart my recovery. This has been one of the first products I have ever recommended to all of my athletes!
I also love that this product is vegan, even though I am not fully vegan I much prefer that my BCAAs are coming from fermentation rather than various other animal sources that I have been a little grossed out by after learning about.

I have been using this product for a few years and I absolutely love it! The ingredients are clean, the taste is great. I purchase the pink lemonade. It mixes well. I use this product as a post workout in the morning! Keeps me feeling great!

Having tried other brands of BCAA’s and learning about the process of animal based bcaa’s, I chose to switch to the plant based bcaa’s and have been using the Truth Nutrition bramd for a couple months now. I have only tried the watermelon and pink lemonade flavor and I personally like the pink lemonade better. The taste is not too sweet and it hides just enough of the bitterness of an unflavored bcaa. Some of the other bcaa’s I have tried tasted a little bit sweeter (use sucralose) but I like the fact that Truth Nutrition doesn’t use sucralose as a sweetener because I want to keep my supplements as natural as possible. I like the quality of the product and I feel the prices are fair compared to other brands. Although there are other plant based bcaa’s out there that might be cheaper in price I personally don’t mind paying a little more for their natural based product.
