I really wanted to love this thermometer. It worked perfectly it was so helpful in the first year… We bought it in November 25th and it stopped working at the end of December 2023. Now when we turn it on, it says that the temperature is 129° Fahrenheit even though it’s completely impossible. There are no reset buttons anywhere on the device.
I wish we could have a replacement or refund but unfortunately, customer service has not responded to us.

Update** so we ran out of stickers and after trying so many tapes that just dod t hold it for more than a couple hrs we tried her old duo-derm tape she used to have for her n.g tube it works really well and stays stuck all day so you may want to stock up on some of that when buying we’ve had it about a month so far and I have seen a decrease in battery life it’s about a day and a half wear time and about 3 hrs to charge
OK so the pro’s it’s been accurate for us to within half a degree my daughter has leukemia so it’s super important we stay on top of any fevers and this has been a great relief at night. Pro the stickers stick really well and don’t irritate her sensitive skin.Pro the battery life is awesome we can take the console with us and it stays charged all day and it’s east to read. Okay so cons and this is the only one I’ve found so far there is nowhere to buy the replacement stickers which is huge when we run out we’re gonna try 3m tape and hope it works if I knew there was no replacement stickers I may have went with a different brand

I love this thing! My little one is prone to getting sky high fevers anytime he is sick. So I put this on him at night so I can sleep better knowing it will alert me if his fever jumps in his sleep. If he’s wrapper up in his blanket it can cause it to read higher then the fever actually typically by 1 degree but that’s ok. Id rather it wake me up and I check with a forehead thermometer then risk not using it. At first he wasn’t a huge fan of wearing it so I had to but a button onesie on him to keep him from taking it off but hes gotten used to it now and will pretty much leave it alone

I impulse purchased this a week or two ago on prime day and am so glad I did! My infant got his first real fever that I was trying to track with all my other crappy, inaccurate thermometers (I have 3…) underarm wasn’t working. The infrared head ones gave varying readings. Didn’t attempt the rectal because baby will alligator roll right out of that and I didn’t want to perforate his bowel. Then I remembered I bought this and got it out.
I was scared to sleep and wasn’t sure how to dress baby (first time mom here obviously, currently single parenting it). I was also worried the tape would irritate baby or that he’d pull it off. The monitor didn’t bother him at all and the adhesive is sticky, but not the awful kind like ripping off certain bandaids. The system beeped when his temp climbed another degree and I was able to adjust his clothing and does Tylenol throughout the night, as needed. I initially wanted to go to the ER, but with this thermometer we survived our first real illness and he’s feeling much better today. I definitely recommend this device!

So worth it, bought back in 2022 in Nov + let me tell you it comes in handy. Love how I can rest some when my child is sick + just open my eye to see the screen or if the fever is higher it beeps to warn you. My kid doesn’t feel it, doesn’t take it off. I’ve taken it with me in my international travel ever since doesn’t take up much room either. Easy to use.

This is truly one of the best things I’ve purchased for my kiddos. It’s so nice to be able to check a temperature whenever I want during sicknesses without having to interrupt sleep or unzip outfits for access. The battery life is AMAZING (I didn’t use it for 5 months and it was in the closet, my kiddo got sick, took it out and it was fully charged. It lasted all day without having to plug in). It’s already fairly accurate! It’s under the armpit (axillary) so I use it as more a guide for when to take a rectal temp as axillary tends to be lower than a true body temp.
Highly, highly recommend! I would buy it again and again and again, I don’t understand why this isn’t mass produced and sold in stores everywhere.

At first I found this product annoying. I didn’t think it was as useful since I had the digital forehead therm gun. Then we got Covid. This machine beeped and tracked and was like having a nurse in a box. My ability to manage my sons fever without having to insert a rectal therm every two minutes was great. I could go to sleep and feel confident it would alert me at any rise above 100.5. My only advice buy the refill pack, the first 10 you’ll use on minor fevers as you get the hang of the machine. Once I really needed it, I only had 3 adhesives.

Our baby was a nicu baby so my paranoia was more than normal for just having a baby. When he got sick, it was so bad we were in the hospital with the baby. I purchased this to assist in keeping an eye on his temp once back home. & it did just that!!! I absolutely love this thermometer system. It’s easy to use and the accuracy was always on point! I would often compare the temp by taking babes temp another way to be sure and they we both always spot on! Do yourself a favor and get this for your family! It offers some peace throughout the day and night while caring for your sick little one!!
