I’ve been buying all different brands nothing really caught me yet so I’m gonna give it honest with you I thought it was going to do something it’s just the same my body the same I work out I do calisthenics I didn’t see much difference

Honestly wasn’t sure about this at first but after like 10 days, i def noticed more energy, especially during my workouts. Been lifting heavier at the gym and recovery feels faster, which is a big plus. I also think it’s affected my overall mood in a good way. Taste could be better, but it’s worth it overall. I’m happy I gave it a try.

I have been hearing about Shilajit and wanted to try for long time. Finally, I gave it a try but wanted to do my research about the brand and manufacturer before I decided to go with Vasu brand Himalayan Shilajit. Heavy metal content in Shilajit was a big concern for me so I did my research about the history of this company. They are in business for 44 plus years, family owned and has top of the line facilities for all the heavy metal and microbial testing which makes me comfortable trying their brand. I have been using over 2 weeks and feeling more energy, focus and overall mood has been lifted. Will check long term benefits and update. Great product. So far so good!

Not sure what the hype is about… I feel a little more awake and a bit stronger at the gym. My overall energy level has improved for sure and I noticed a slight change in my libido, which is cool. The packaging was very good. I did some research and found out that this company is family owned for 44 years with lots of satisfied customers worldwide.

I knew about Shilajit and it’s health benefits from almost 12 years, however I was not comfortable to consume it due to heavy metal and other contaminants associated in most of the commercially available Shilajit product. It caught my eye when I saw VASU Ayurveda makes it. Upon doing my research, came to know VASU is not an ordinary company. It has received various prestigious awards in India from various quality control, potency and manufacturing standards institutions. I was so happy to finally find a Shilajit that I can trust for it’s purity, potency and quality. I been using this product over a month now and it’s a difference of day and night that I notice on how I feel. It calmed my mind to give quality restful sleep which I always struggledto get from years. My fatigue is gone and I feel so energetic throughout the day. My brain fog has vanished and I feel the clarity with my thought process. I also noticed my overall memory has improved and after all my mood has enhanced big time. I highly recommend to give this product a try. I take it on the tip of the spoon night before and dip it in a glass of warm water. It melts itself by next day morning and I drink it on an empty stomach with glass of warm water. Thank you VASU to serve such an amazing product, I don’t have to worry about contaminants and heavy metals which are devastating to the health.
Total junk! Do not recommend ! Takes 4+ hours to take car apart and 4+ to put back and the slave cylinder didn’t even work –
