Some of the more recent literature suggests that arginine itself is not particularly conducive to assisting with lifts — but these tablets are a decent enough supplement to any kind of preworkout you are already using that doesn’t include them. I use them in combination with a full PWO, and with enough l-citrulline you’ll get a good pump. These are definitely some horse tablets in size, though, so if you can’t swallow big pills you’ll need to break them in half! I was fine with them, but I know some people struggle.

so i figured id try these as my usual AAKG supplement powder seems to have changed from before and caps are much easier to take for me than mixing up a powder in a palatable drink mix.
first impression is that these are freaking gigantic. seriously, they’re bigger than my ibuprofen 800mg tablets and those are BIG.
now i had no issue swallowing these but some people might be put off by the sheer size. i don’t notice any extra benefit to these compared to my usual aakg powder but i took a high dose of that. i haven’t noticed any decrease in performance however so maybe that’s a plus? as with most supplements everyone’s body responds differently so my experience might be different from yours.
the instructions say to take three a day, that makes this a really expensive product as there’s only a thirty day supply. if you are looking to try a different brand from your regular this might be okay for you but for me the added expense and huge pills weren’t my favorite at all.

Price is steep but Vasst is a quality product with great results on arms and chest days…look swoll for hours…when stacked with Gusst, it amplifies results….please Beldt work on the price!
