I have 3 kids and I highly recommend this spray! They sleep so much better and act better. They don’t complain about getting their feet sprayed! If my kids go a couple nights without it you can tell by their behavior. It is def worth a try! I have bought this same bottle over and over.

I bought this spray to help my son at night to help him wind down. I would spray his feet at night after his bath, while he was reading his book. We used it for about a month it seemed like some nights it worked really well but there were others that it seemed to give him the energy of 10 teenage boys! I tried letting it air dry on his feet and I would spray it on his the soles of his feet then apply socks, it didnt seem to make a difference. But my mom used it and it worked miracles for her.
