Very convenient to use, as it’s a roller stick. Just roll it on any sore area. Great for your back, neck or shoulders, or anywhere that it’s needed on your arms or legs.
It works very similarly to an Icy Hot sports cream, and smells similar to that too. (It has the same main ingredients: Menthol and Methyl Salicylate.) Plus, this stick has: Magnesium, Arnica, and Camphor. I like that this product is made in the USA.

This works great if you have a sore muscle or joint. It does have a scent to it but I don’t mind it.

I use this before bed and it’s a great way to get magnesium without pills. Sometimes muscles in my legs get sore so I use it on my calf muscles and it helps them to relax. It also helps me sleep. No GI issues either.

Sometimes I get leg cramps at night. This stuff works miraculously. Now I put it on at the first hint of legs cramps. I keep it at my bedside and it travels with me.
