Like how the taste is not a strong taste of red yeast rice and i can remember to take them because they are gummies

I have tried red yeast rice before to help lower my LDL levels, the bad cholesterol. While it seems to work for me, taking red yeast rice in the usual capsule form isn’t always the most convenient way to take supplements. I haven’t seen this type of supplement packaged in gummy for before, so when I saw this, I definitely wanted to try it. I noticed that these gummies contains a small amount of CoQ10 as well, another ingredient that has heart health benefits.
The serving size for these gummies are 2 a day, making a bottle a month supply. The gummies have a fruity flavor and not too sweet. I love the convenience of chewing on a couple of gummies that don’t need water to go down.

So many supplements may be chewable, but nobody wants to chew it because the taste is repulsive. This one is good tasting, and it’s small.

I look forward to taking vitamins when they are like fruit snacks! I like that there’s no added sugar and that the texture is soft and yet not sticky of these gummy bears. The coloring is almost a translucent orange yellow, so I’m not sure where the coloring comes from. I used to take Coq-10 in pill form so this is way better!
