Easily absorbed, very pure product. However I tend to agree the dosage is (extremely) weak, they use mcg instead of mg, so I agree with that 1 star reviewer saying it’s homeopathic dosage. I switched to another great Amazon product, iodaral 50mg, it’s on the label 50 mg tablet, no confusion, no drops. Most of the great books on Amazon written by doctors (experts in iodine) tend to recommend the 50 then 12.50 maintenance, however this product is great if you can do math and figure the dosage you need,: the bottle content may go fast. I use this for mental clarity, but it is great for many other issues.

I was previously using kelp for iodine, but I read an article that tested them, and some hardly had any, and others contained multiple times the iodine that they stated. This is a nice daily dose to keep my thyroid happy.

I don’t recommend purchasing this because the drops expire before the end of the year. I wanted long-term storage, at least a few years, not less than 8 months. After all how often do we need a product like this!? And the fact that I can’t return the item isn’t too great, either!
