The ice pack is fine, it does what it’s supposed to. One thing I don’t care for is that the Velcro seems to be useless to me. I can’t quite figure out what the problem is, but unlike some other ice packs I’ve purchased, I can’t Velcro this one closed. I think the straps need to be shorter so that the Velcro actually aligns with each other. I literally cannot even utilize the Velcro, it’s completely useless so I just lay it on my knee. I don’t care for that at all.

I keep my eye masks in the freezer- these are great because they do not freeze solid and are still flexible- that being said- these eye masks get so much colder than any other I have tried. When I take them out of the freezer I have to let them sit for a few minutes before using or they are too cold they give me a headache.
