i’ve taken resveratrol on a regular basis before with good results and when i saw this formula, i had to try it.
the capsules are small, easy to swallow, no smell and a slightly sweet taste which was interesting.
it seems to be working well with my NMN as a stack and i plan to continue this for a while to see how it makes me feel. i don’t get enough sleep and high cognitive demands so it helps to supplement with things that sypport my mitochondria.
it’s still early in my testing of this and i don’t have any lab work or anything but anecdotally, so far so good.
appears to be a pretty clean product with GMP which i appreciate. if it was 3rd party tested to be pure, it would be a home run.

People around me keep saying that I’m looking better and seem livelier than I did before. I usually attribute it to just getting a better night’s sleep or having a few stress-free days off. But not this time. The only thing that changed since I last saw some of these folks is that I started taking this Urolithin A supplement. I do feel peppier than before, but thought it was my own hopes influencing how I feel – like the placebo effect. But the unsolicited positive comments make me feel this supplement is really working for me. Time will tell for sure. But right now, I think I made a good decision to try out this Elerule Urolithin A supplement.

It came quickly and intact. There is a foil seal under the lid. The capsules are white with no odor. The capsules are of average size and easy to swallow and have no after taste. The bottle containes 60 capsules and the serving size is 2 capsules daily for a 30 day supply.
There are great anti-oxidents in these capsules. Urolithin A, Trans-Resveratrol, Anthocyanins (Blueberry extract), and Green Tea (EGCG).
On the page it says every batch is 3rd party tested, however, it doesn’t say what it is tested for. I also didn’t find where the product is made. When going to Elerule’s page they do give more information about the 3rd party testing, but not where it is made/manufactured. The bottle has an expiration date of 31 Oct, 2026.
This is a good addition to my health regimine.

It can be challenging to determine the effectiveness of products like supplements, but I can say that I have not experienced any issues while taking them as recommended. There is no unpleasant smell or taste, and the capsules are easy to swallow. If anything changes, I will update my review. For now, I see no reason not to give it a 5-star rating.

I’ve taken resveratrol in the past with positive results. This product combines three different ingredients, all of which work together in different ways. Urolthin A was of interest to me because I’m very active and was looking to enhance both muscle recovery and my overall performance level. I’m aware that resveratrol is considered an excellent antioxidant that’s also considered an anti-inflammatory. I’ve never taken anthocyanins, but based on what I’ve learned, these can have positive anti-aging benefits.
The best part of this product is that it combines all three of these ingredients plus green tea extract, which I’ve taken before, in a single supplement. In my experience green tea extract has been helpful in terms of increasing alertness.
These are capsules, which are of average size and easy to swallow. Taking two per day this will last one month, which I think is good: Recommended.

It is a great and affordable Urolithin – A supplement mix!
It works best if used 3+ moths, the most noticeable improvement is the leg muscle strength and much better recovery. I am not sure about the Urolithin A content of 1000 mg, most of the competitors advertise theirs as 500 mg and it’s much more expensive.
The capsules are easy to take, but it would be nice if they came in a three-month supply.

Nice urolithin formula with added synergistic nutrients. Urolithin A is a substance that is is found in fruits like pomegranates,, but as I understand it, you can’t really get as much as your body can use by just eating pomegranates, so supplementation is the way to go. There’s some good study information out there if one takes the time to take a look, my main aim for using this is cellular heath support. I believe urolithin A is classified as a postbiotic, it’s actually made in the gut, from the fruits I mentioned. I like this formula because it has the synergistic nutrients combined all in one… namely trans-resveratrol, which is the best form of resveratrol as I understand it, and then this formula also has the green tea extract, and the actives in blueberry extract. Great formula.

I researched the listed contents and found that there is scientific evidence for the following health benefits of those ingrediants:
Urolithin A: Cleans out damaged cells, which is important for maintaining cellular health and function.
Trans-resveratrol: Is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and can potentially improve cardiovascular and neurological functions.
Arthrocyanin: Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cardiovascular protective effects.
EGCG: Found in green tea. It is an antioxidant with benefits for metabolic health, cardiovascular protection, and neuro-protection.
These benefits will not be experienced immediately. Like many supplements, this will likely be used by most as a precautionary measure. However, if you experience any adverse effects, it would be best to discontinue use and consult a physician or dietitian.
There are a number of Urolithin A supplements on the market with different strengths, additives, and capsule counts. This product appears to be priced somewhere in the middle of the price range for these products which may be due to the other added ingredients.
Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone seeking to supplement their diet with the beneficial listed ingredients.
