I have chronic UTIs. I heard about Uqora through a family member and was told I should try it out. Since it was created by someone who suffers with the same thing I do, I thought this would be my holy grail. I love how it’s a convenient 3 step regimen each with its own function. Unfortunately this regimen did not work for me at all. Of course it tells you that it’s not intended to cure, treat, or prevent anything. But I did not see any improvement or changes in my urinary health, and of course, still got UTIs while using this product. It was worth a shot but don’t be disappointed or discouraged if this doesn’t work for you. The price point is a bit high but that’s to be expected nowadays.

I’ve been using this product for about 2 months and I haven’t noticed any negative changes. I can’t say my urinary health has improved as I did not have any issues prior to trying these products. I followed the recommended directions on the product. The drink mixes remind me of a strawberry lemonade. It tastes pretty good surprisingly it’s for health purposes. The price is a little high for my tastes, but if it helps prevent UTI I think it’s a worthwhile investment.

I have trusted uqora for years and love their products. I love that they have this option for a complete regimen. The ‘flush’ is really easy to drink, it has a nice lemon aid flavor and the defend/promote are easy to take before my morning coffee. I occasionally have nausea with other supplements but had no issue with these.

This kit is primarily centered around D-mannose, an ingredient with middling research to back up its ability to prevent UTIs. You can find it in a lot of significantly cheaper cranberry-based supplements; it’s not rare or expensive.
The other ingredients are basic things like electrolytes, turmeric, green tea. The high dosage probiotic is cool, but only a 15-day course.
I just don’t see why you would select this kit when you could probably buy several month’s worth of the component supplements for less.
