This milk-boosting electrolyte powder has a great taste and really helps with thirst during breastfeeding. I did notice a slight improvement in my milk supply after using it. I first tried this product mixed with water and it was pretty bad, I couldn’t get past the taste of fenugreek and stopped taking it. My supply is really low so I tried it again with milk and had a coffee on hand if I needed something to get rid of the taste but the coffee was not needed, the milk got rid of the fenugreek flavor and it tasted closer to chocolate milk. So my advice is don’t mix it with water unless you love the taste of fenugreek (reminds me of a weird maple syrup flavor). Also I feel like it mixed very easy in the milk without much clumping.

The orange mango flavor has the best taste so far. This product also works fast and well.
The berry flavor is a bit weird because of the watered down taste however if you can drink a shot of alcohol you can drink this. Don’t let reviews about taste deter you

Not the best taste but it’s okay… the important part is that this drink has upped my milk supply . Almost over night my milk supply plummeted, pumping about an ounce collectively and as soon as I started taking this supplement my supply has gone back to about 4oz. I couldn’t be happier with the results!!!

I was looking for a product that would increase my milk supply and not taste horrible! It increased my milk supply the first time I drank it. I was worried this would have a grittier texture but it doesn’t it dissolves so well and tastes like flavored water. It has no side effects. Other supplements are over priced this one is great value! Definitely recommend!!

No idea if they help or not, I wasn’t able to produce much for either of my babies no matter what I tried so I’m not blaming the supplements. But they taste good, I’ve been added coconut water and it tastes just like body armor

I know that everyone’s body is different but this product truly helped up my milk supply (mostly at night no matter what time I drunk it). The flavor is decent, but does smell like a chocolate scented supplement that lingers. Expected!

This is actually my second time buying this product. I wanted to give it another try. I have horrible milk production other than 3-7 am. I’m older 35,
Baby had latch issues early on and breastfeeding has been a struggle. She is now 3 months but I have been zombing out pumping night and day with breastfeeding because she is teething and seems the nipple is making her mouth sensitive so she only wants to breastfeed when she’s tired or off and on off and on all day grabbing at her mouth. That has hurt my production like crazy. Going back to work and having time to consume enough water is also a challenge.
The first time I noticed I took the product it did increase my levels, maybe not like some mom’s reviews but a noticeable difference. I took it 3 times a day, so I only took it for a week. It is pricey but I would say worth the price. Cookies are alot of money too as well as other pill supplements so comparitivly I feel like this is a better bargain.
The second time using it I’m doing twice a day. I do it in the morning and mid afternoon. After the first pump, first day I yielded one more once.. to those struggling that’s a happy sign this is great because by body processed it right away some people said it took a few days to get going. I hate my Medela pump too it does not work well as Spectra which are apart of some of my pumping issues.
Taste.. tastes great! But it has kinks you have to work out. I put it in cold milk or hot milk. You can put it on coffee of you wish. I have one cup of coffee each day so I personally don’t want to taint my coffee haha. But chocolate milk does aid milk production anyways. It is extremely hard to blend the poweder which in other reviews are frustrating for some. Get a Blender ball cup and I promise you won’t have any issues if you are going the cold route. Hot route put the powder in first add hot milk slowly at a time and whisk until desolved. Or use a blender. The taste is a chocolatey maple-ish taste due to the Fenugreek. Your milk will smell like it. Baby likes the taste so it’s fine for me. However some babies are very sensitive to Fenugreek it can hurt their tummies and give them gas so pay attention. I haven’t had any issues. There are some teas that do not have fenugreek but it doesn’t work as well in my opinion. Lastley with this product I get Fuller breasts faster. It’s important to eat healthy I try to add oatmeal to my diet every day. You can also have a beer too which helps the Brewers yeast and barley aids in production. It does not have to be alcoholic to have the affect you can grab a Buckler’s or odoules it works great. And you won’t make anything if you don’t drink fluids and eat properly there is no miracle to avoid that. Being a super mommy is hard and finding time to eat a balanced diet and consume your weight in water is hard! Good luck!
