I used to take different kind of probiotic supplement and they were just ok, this one worked fantastic on me! It worked 8 out of 10 times, I took this when I woke up then exercised and had brunch, it worked within an hour after my first meal and I didn’t have uncomfortable feeling, it just like a natural sign and it was smooth! I tried to seek for other name brand with same probiotics but this one did a better job, also it was super delicious, the best gummy I’ve ever had, already had 2 second bottle, will keep buying this when it has great deal.

I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to gummy supplements, but I’ve had issues swallowing, have slow digestion, and take enough pills as it is so I thought I’d give these a try. Let’s be honest- In order to get a real, good, healthy dose of probiotics you need to have live cultures, but for what it is, I was very pleasantly pleased! These are a nice, soft gummy. You can chew, melt or dissolve in your mouth. I have issues with digestion, IBS-c, and acid reflux. I’ve found these to personally be helpful with all of them. They say twice a day but I’ll admit, I’ve taken an extra here and there if I ate something heavy after I had already taken it earlier. They seem to be most effective in the morning and at night or after meals. My only complaints are the cultured smell and moisture as you get to the end of the jar and the fact that these taste so good, it’s hard not to eat just one!

Product as described. Arrived in time. Chewy gummy. Flavour palatable. One kid does not like the flavour( taste) still manages to eat. Time will tell if improves gut bacteria.

These taste great and have been a perfect factor for getting my gut back to equilibrium. I take two every night before brushing my teeth (they do contain sugar) and then let them do their work all night. After first moving to Ethiopia, my gut was all over the place what with a case of food poisoning and their extra spicy food. But this has been a game changer. I’m really happy. I always stock up while I’m in the States.

I’ve always struggled going to the restroom. If I got lucky, I would go 2 times a week. I often felt bloated and sick after a meal, and just felt gross knowing I was keeping all the waste in my system. I even went to get an endoscopy because my stomach would cramp and hurt for days at a time. Thankfully everything came back normal. So I started searching up on probiotics/prebiotic supplements and found this little magic in a bottle. The taste is great and the ratio seems to be what I need. I’ve been taking 2 gummies every morning for about 2 months. I wash it down with a warm glass of water (not sure if this helps). AND OH BOY OH BOY! It’s go time every morning. I hit the restroom 30-40 minutes after taking it and it’s easy and satisfying. No pain, no discomfort. A great way to start my day. I’ve subscribed! I’m on my second bottle now and enjoying every bit of it. I’ve never tried any other brands, but this one seems to work for me, so I am going to stick to it. Great product!

Easy to chew gummies and my son asks for them daily so that’s a huge win! As the parent I loved the content of them and the low sugar content was a win considering they are a gummy.

Have been buying these for my kids for a long time now and they say the taste is great. It’s been hard for me to convince my kids to take anything beneficial for their health, however with these it’s not even a fight to get them to take them. They are easy to chew and even smell good.
