A co-worker told me about this stuff and I gave it a try. We work third shift and this is amazing on those nights I didn’t get much sleep, or I just feel out of sorts. No crash, super focused, energy, and I can go home and still sleep my normal schedule. I don’t do energy drinks and this is the perfect alternative for me. My heart doesn’t race and I don’t get jitters either. My son also likes these for his third shift self as well. I certainly recommend it.

This stuff is okay. Doesn’t work efficiently anymore. It used to be incredible! This was back in the late 1990’s til about the early 2000’s, then they changed their formula and it hasn’t been as effective since. Back then it used to be the most amazing alert and energized feeling you could imagine. There were no jitters and nothing you could not accomplish. Now that energized feeling is gone and all you feel when you take this now is blah, fatigue, jittery. Why would someone take a pill to feel like that? This may not be the makers of this pills fault entirely as I believe the miracle supplement they took out of it was called Ephedrine, which the FDA banned. The FDA regulates products that they think you should or should not take, which means the FDA is not known for their keen discernment. It’s none of their business what people choose to take or not take. There are far worse things for you that they refuse to ban like artificial coloring and sweeteners. Unfortunately, as a result, the Up Your Gas makers got his hard and lost popularity and business as a result. The fact they are still around shows promise, but they really need to evaluate this product and change it for the better. This product doesn’t work effectively anymore. They should research healthy energy supplements they can add to this to help. And then make this in capsule form, which is easier to dissolve than capsules.

I have very little energy to do anything these days and when I take one tablet of Up Your Gas each morning I feel like getting up and getting things done. It’s not that jittery energy either – like making you shake all over – it just gives you that little extra lift that I need

I have used this product since I was 18 years old. I used to suffer from exercise induced asthma and would quickly run out of breath and started wheezing. Most likely cause I had never worked out in my life. I went to a herb and supplement shop and they recommended these to me. Supposedly one of the ingredients helps open your lungs. It did the trick for me, never had an issue after that.
A couple of things.
1. I believe they recommend two pills, but I have always only taken one before working out.
2. My brother tried these and it made him jittery. I tried some other brand he used and they made me jittery. The point is these may not work for you just cause they worked for me.

I have been using Up Your Gas on and off for almost 15 years now. It really works for me. I used to like the one with ephedra much better.
I know it is not allowed now but in small dosage it does much more good than bad.
This product is ephedra free and also great to get you going in the morning and feel good.
I think it is the best product in the market .

I discovered this product in a clothing catalog many years ago. It has carried me through a lot
of crunches. What I like about it is it’s transparency of use. You don’t know that it’s been
working for 6 hours till realize that you should have been tired long ago. Never have had a
bad experience with it. Also I’ve never had a problem of going to sleep after having taken it.
It really works but don’t overuse it, just when you really need it and you’ll find it very useful.

I have taken this product for many years, and has given me energy when needed, either in the morning after alarm goes off and I can’t get up, I take one, go back to bed and BOOM in about 15 minutes I’m totally awake! Or in the afternoon when I get sleepy, I break it in half and, am able to complete my work. Totally natural and best is NOT addictive!
