These work well, however BEWARE. They are NOT MEANT for long-term regular use. They will give you black vision dots, constipation, and increase risk of dementia. This is a temporary solution. Frightening to see some reviews saying their doctors recommended this for long-term use…..

They’re pale blue, tiny, endearingly effective, and easy to swallow. There’s no bad taste at all, and the sleep is steady, with plenty of REM time to refresh you. The one caveat is the hangover: Your alarm will wake you but you *might feel tempted to nap during the day. Invest in a Pill cutter if that’s not an option. Overall, it’s very little money for a very good night. Recommended.

For some reason, this product did not put me to sleep, even though I eventually tried taking a bit more than recommended. I was super disappointed by this result because I had high hopes from the other reviews and also from what I researched on this product. The flavor is fine, although it is a bit bitter. It is definitely worth the price IF it works for you, as it is not that expensive, but that’s a big IF because it absolutely did not work for me and I just stopped using it altogether. I wouldn’t recommend it personally, but I guess it’s worth a try! Hope this helped.

Wow, it really works. It gives you a good night sleep. It comes in scored tablets, which is great because you can take half a pill if you feel groggy in the morning.
