They function just fine. Come with a little bag to keep them clean in the fridge. The edges are pretty scratchy and I may have had an allergic reaction. I would try a different product.

If I could give 0 stars I would They are horrible they don’t stay on your face there a hard plastic not a gel like patch DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I got Them months ago and just used them bc I ran Out of my other ones that are gel by the way and I’ve had these in the refrigerator for 4 days and they barely stay cold and they just slid right off this is BS I’m pissed

I was so excited to try this product and still do love it. I just found it only provided me like 5 mins before the frozen patch would thaw. Still a great product I’ll use often.
