Ultra Sleep Pro Health contains magnesium, l-theanine, GABA, phellodendron root, mucuna pruriens seed, 5-HTP, and melatonin. I get drowsy about 30 minutes after taking this supplement regardless of what time of day it is. I adjusted to take this right before I go to bed. I can enjoy reading for about 30 minutes and then I drift peacefully off to sleep. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to go. I feel like my stress and anxiety are much lower because I am sleeping better and I am sleeping better because I take this supplement. My stress and anxiety don’t keep me awake at night and that is such a blessing!
These capsules are easy to swallow. They smell like herbs or tea, but they do not have a taste. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day, but I only take 1 at this time. I may up my daily dose to 2 capsules a day when I am really stressed out, but, for now, 1 seems to be working perfectly for me. My only hesitation with recommending this product is that each bottle is a 1-month supply so it is on the expensive side.

I typically take 1mg of Melatonin to sleep, which I can usually feel within 30 minutes to an hour. So it’s kind of strange to me that this 2mg of Melatonin makes me feel nothing at all. I do believe the GABA dosage is far too low to have any effect – I’ve supplemented it before and usually needed 1000mg to feel it, and this has only 100mg – so it’s possible the same goes for the other herbal ingredients as well. But still, very weird that I didn’t even respond to the Melatonin when I know that other brands of it work for me.
This felt like I was taking sawdust pills or something; absolutely zero impact for me.

This sleep aid helped me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep more solidly than without it. I woke up refreshed and without any grogginess, which is a big plus. However, you have to take two pills, so a one-month supply goes fast, making it a bit too expensive for me to use regularly. The natural ingredients like melatonin and GABA seem to work well together, and I appreciate that it’s vegan and made in the USA. Overall, it’s effective, but the price might be a deal breaker for some.

This supplement is formulated in the USA and contains several ingredients that promote sleep. The bottle contains 60 capsules with a recommended dosage of 2 capsules to be taken at night which would mean a 1-month supply per bottle. However, since I am sensitive to most medications, I took only 1 and had good results so I continued with that dosage amount.
According to my Fitbit, lately both my REM sleep and deep sleep have been almost non-existent (8-10 minutes). However, the first night using this supplement each category increased to the benchmark level. I did wake up once during the night to go to the bathroom but was able to get back to sleep fairly quickly which is unusual for me.
The label states that this product is for relief of occasional sleeplessness. However, considering the ingredients listed on the label of the product, I would assume that it could be safely taken over an extended period of time if needed. Of course, that is only my opinion and I have no medical expertise. I have taken the supplement several nights in succession and have gotten more than adequate rest and have not encountered any problems. I would recommend this supplement to anyone that needs sleep and cannot seem to be able to get it naturally.

It does work, but it made me feel groggy in the mornings. I’d say the only thing that was an issue was that it had too much melatonin. It should’ve been less than 1mg!

I have used and reviewed many supplements, and I can say with confidence that this is one of the good ones! Each body reacts differently to supplements, so I can’t predict whether or not this one will work for everyone; however, I can make some comments about the product itself.
Quality: The bottle that I received arrived intact with a plastic seal on the cap and a foil seal inside of the lid as well. The bottle contained cotton to protect the capsules and this worked; none of the capsules were leaking, cracked, broken, or damaged in any way.
Count: All 60 capsules were present in the bottle that I received.
Manufacturing: This product is manufactured from natural ingredients in the U.S.A. in an FDA and GMP certified facility. Many competitors cannot make these claims, so this alone sets this product apart.
Overall, this is a great supplement and I definitely recommend it!

Meh. I really can’t say this product has helped me fall asleep faster than any other similar product on the market. I have been using it a little over a week. I’ve relied upon melatonin for several years now and since it is widely available at an affordable price, I’ll probably stick to it for sleep issues. However, that is not to say Ultra Sleep Pro Health supplements won’t be of help to other individuals. I believe a person’s unique body chemistry has much to do with the effectiveness of any health-related product.
