Blue raspberry BCAA amino acid powder. The powder tastes sweet and just like blue raspberry. I am not a fan of sucralose which is the sweetener used in this powder. It is a 2:1:1 ratio and a good post workout drink. It helps your muscles recover after strenuous activity like lifting, running etc. The jar has a total of 30 servings and 0 carbs and 0 sugars. The powder comes with its own scoop to accurately measure out the correct serving size. I would give it another star if it was made with a different sweetener such as stevia. Good post workout recovery amino acid powdered drink supplement.

This was totally undrinkable. It tastes disgusting. It also doesn’t have all the nutritional information that I would like on the bottle (ex. I couldn’t even find where the calories are? Maybe I missed it but either way I feel like that info should be pretty clearly stated). The taste was gross gross gross and I’m not even usually that picky. I couldn’t take more than three sips before I had to dump it down the sink. I really found this totally undrinkable.

I LOVE this stuff. Someone suggested it for me after complaining about muscle fatigue after workouts. OMG so glad they did! It really helps with aches and pains. Also I’m not sure if it’s this product but I’ve actually lost 5 lbs using it this month. It is kind of sweet for my taste so I mix with 30 oz of water instead of 16 and it’s delicious. Will definitely be buying more of this product!

I’ve been using these BCAA’s for about a month now. Because this was my first time trying BCAA’s, I didn’t want to spend up to $30 for something I wouldn’t like so I was enticed by the price. So far, I’ve definitely felt a difference in terms of muscle recovery. I still feel a little sore after my workouts (which is normal) but not as much as I was. The flavor (blue razz) is great! I love tart/sour stuff so this is amazing. It does have a slight chalky taste but nothing too noticeable. I would & have recommended to a friend!!

I could’ve really done without the sucralose and coloring. It was way too sweet. So sweet that I had to use more than 32 ounces of water just to dilute it. Otherwise it would’ve been undrinkable. I don’t know how effective it is as I’ve only used it once.

As a trainer I’ve tried a ton of products and this is one of the best out there! The taste is great and not chalky like other BCAA brands. It’s helped with muscle recovery and given me a boost that’s made it a regular in my gym routine@
