Real review here. This stuff has helped me tremendously with sugar and fatty food cravings. Sometimes I forget to eat. I tried Ozempic and it didn’t work for me. I know every person is different, but this is the right supplement to help me on my weight loss journey. I’ve had no side effects. The thing I can’t get over is how much food is sitting in my pantry. I’m always surprised that I don’t need to go to the grocery store. It’s wild. I’ve always been an overeater. I’m really enjoying the freedom of not wanting food all the time. I recommend this with a sensible diet. It’s not magic, but it definitely helps me with my efforts.

It did seem to help with sugar gravings. My low carb diet and this has helped me lose a few pounds. Diet, exercise and a little something helpful. So, all this can do is MAYBE take the edge off. That is better then nothing. No side effects!
