The 2 bottles of 60 pills each are to be taken 2 at a time 1 to3 times per day so you’ve got a 20-60 day supply. A big problem with keto and other low carb diets is the body flushing out too much water, losing electrolytes like sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium resulting in painful muscle cramps and overall malaise that makes many just give up. This sounds like an answered prayer, but…when you read the label, it’s got plenty of vitamin C and vitamin D3, the electrolytes are all in “Pixie dust quantities”, around 3-5% of the RDA. Not sure that will do much for you unless you’re eating them like popcorn…uh, that is like you USED to eat popcorn before going low carb. Guess that’s why they put the 1-3 servings per day, but at the high end, 6 pills a day, your unit price is going up. Maybe the olive oil, ACV, and Green Tea will give some real value, but kind of underwhelmed initially. The pills are easy to swallow with no odor or aftertaste. It is kind of confusing that they claim this is 1275 mg versus 800mg original formula, yet the front of the label clearly states 800mg. The 1275mg claim doesn’t actually appear on the bottle, just the ad.

I am just trying out different diets and supplements as I get older to try and maintain good health. I am very inexperienced with keto but I am trying not to eat as much sugar and trying to keep my energy levels up. These were easy to take and the bottle can last up to 1 month or shorter depending on how many servings you take per day.

Its meant to help with ketosis, but with only 60 capsules, it feels like a starter pack more than anything. If you’re new to keto or just need a quick boost, this could be fun, but don’t expect it to be your long-term solution. The packaging is all about the keto hype, but the serving size is kinda underwhelming. Fun Fact: Ultra Fast was one of the first companies to market keto-friendly supplements when the diet started gaining popularity.

This Justified Laboratories brand Keto Boost supplement contains Apple Cider Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Tea leaves and more to boost the keto burning process in your body. Each 2 flavorless and easy to swallow capsules contain 150mg of vitamin C, 50mcg of vitamin D3 and 60mg of calcium. Each bottle contains a 30 day supply.
It is unclear where this supplement as it simply states it is distributed by Justified Laboratories in Arlington, Texas but it also claims it has been third party tested. Also, because this product contains gelatin it is unclear whether this supplement can be considered suitable for vegans.
Since I have been taking this supplement I have not noticed any changes but I know I am providing my body with a number of ingredients with potential health support functions that I would not have gotten in my routine diet. Overall I like this supplement and would order it again.
