Curcumin has some amazing properties backed up by research. Search the web for “10 Proven Health Benefits of Turmeric and Curcumin” (include the quotes in the search). Also search for turmeric benefits and curcumin cancer. Curcumin promotes apoptosis in cancer cells causing them to die naturally. Also, cancer stem cells switch off a receptor to chemotherapy drugs, curcumin switches that receptor back on, helping the chemotherapy drugs to kill all of the cancer. Curcumin crosses the blood-brain barrier and promotes neuron creation, this makes gives you more brain power, it also fights brain diseases. It has a massive antioxidant level. It is also a natural anti-inflamatory.
I bought this version of curcumin because natural curcumin is not very readily absorbed, this timed release allows the curcumin to be slowly absorbed, meaning a much higher percentage of it is absorbed. The two additives help curcumin to be absorbed (again, proven in research).
I have looked at many other brands but this one stood out as the best.

Pretty sure it has helped my arthritic knees and swelling is down. Caution, they are hard large capsules, no gel. Because of the size am considering trying other brand. But it does help.

I’ve used 2 of Physicians Naturals C3 supplements now and it’s not that anyone is the best, it’s just that when you look at dosages, I was taking the 1100mg twice a day for a total of 2200mg of C3. Where as now, I’m taking 2 twice a day, with 2800mg of C3. The range for maximum benefits is 3-4000mg a day. After 4k the benefits ware down fast. If you’re using it for pain, then you need the C3 form. C1 n C2 fight mainly the inflammation part. I was in a severe accident and I’ve had a shoulder replaced with multiple broken bones and I took all the opioid crap for years and realizing that they are actually causing some of the pain, it was a no-brainer, QUIT!! So, then I found PhyNat by way of a test done by FDA(?) using there C3. That’s how they found the optimum range.
