Seller clearly states that this product is made in the US and that’s one of my major questions about any suppliment I take. The other is if the product is 3rd party tested. This one says it’s dermatologically tested and I don’t understand that at all. This is not something that is applied to the skin. It is not a skin treatment. Why dermatologic testing? Why not do 3rd party testing to assure buyers that what they are buying is what they are in fact getting? We’re not chemists (most of us anyway) so can’t do this for ourselves.
If you want to take this for the alpha lipoic acid, fine. The level of that suppliment seems to be fine. However, if you’re looking to replace other suppliments you’re taking because of the other materials in these, I’d double check as the levels of Vit C and B1 and CoQ10 are all way lower than any recommended levels I’ve ever seen advised. While I like the idea of taking just one capsule, rather than 2 or more a day to reach a certain level, the amount of the other vitamins in this pill are sort of meaningless….I mean it’s nice to have them, but they don’t add much value to these capsules in my mind. For comparison, my daily Vit C intake is more than 10x what is in this. My CoQ10 (also from ubiquinol, an excellent source) is also about 10X what’s in these.
Made in the Us…great, added vitamins, okay, doesn’t hurt, just not a major factor (the black pepper is supposed to aid in rapid absorbtion of the other materials). I lowered my rating a star because of lack of 3rd party testing…

The product itself appears to be well made, with the capsules having uniform appearance, medium size, and are easy to swallow. All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.

If you are familiar with the benefits of Alpha Lipoic Acid and CoQ10, this performs as you would expect.
If you are not familiar, then I would suggest to the reader that you do a basic search for – Health Benefits, Alpha Lipoic Acid and CoQ10 and then decide if this supplement is right for you.
Cheers 🍷

I take all of these separately so it is nice to have them all in one. Alpha Lipoic acid, Vit C and CoQ 10. They seem to work even better together.

I got this for the health benefits ALA ( Alpha Lipoic Acid) may possibly have. It has been associated with possible metabolic health associations as well as possibly cognitive health due to the way it possibly interacts with heavy metals and toxins. Among the detox community ALA is well known imo due to the possibly ability it has to cross the blood brain barrier where once again it’s possible interactions with toxins and what not could possibly be beneficial. When ALA is made synthetically it is usually 50% ‘S’ Form and 50% ‘R’ form. The ‘S’ form is thought to have little or no benefit. When a brand does not disclose how much ‘R’ form is in it then it’s usually a 50/50 split seeing how it’s expensive to get the ‘S’ form out. However this brand at 800 mgs of ALA with 1 cap would still yield 400 mgs of ‘R’ form if my assumption is correct and that’s an upper end amount imo I am all smiles about. I like the Acetyl l-Carnitine in this (not to be confused with L-carnosine which I have admittingly done). I like it for the health benefits it may possibly have especially with the cognitive health. And do notice this more expensive kind imo being “Acetyl’ is thought to to possibly allow blood brain barrier crossing as well. L-Carnitine is involved with transporting fatty acids to the mitochondria for metabolism with the ATP ( Adenosine Triphosphate) process. This ingredient has been associated with weight health and there may be something to it possibly. I like the CoQ-10 in this for the possible cardio benefits it may have and like they used the Ubiquinol form rather than the Ubiquinone form. I am a huge fan of Benfotiamine but also like taking the natural form of B-1 which is in this. I think the ALA and the B-1 might possibly support each other with the way they interact with sugar in possibly a beneficial manner. I’m really impressed all these ingredients even including some Vitamin C was put in one cap. I didn’t see where this was third party lab tested but I do see it was dermatologically tested which is new for me seeing and very much like. Also notice no fillers which is so refreshing for me to see imo and the way I prefer it. These caps were easy for me to take and I had no sides. Good Luck and I hope this was Helpful.
