Can’t live without it! It tastes amazing and does the job. Dissolves great in water, and has great health benefits.

To me rhis is one of the products that has the best value for your money. It is more expensive than other brands but for that added cost you get, in my opinion, a higher quality product that is more than worth it.
I wanted to find the best quality electrolyte powder out there with zero calories and no unnecessary ingredients e.g. food coloring or artificial sweeteners. This was at the time the only one I could find that had all the ingredients I wanted and nothing extra. I like to keep my electrolytes and calories or fuel separate so I have complete control of how I use them and what and when I take them. The pouches are great on long runs, for me that is 1 to 2 hours. I will just open the pouch and pour it into my mouth then drink my water. Taste is a bit stronger but in my opinion still very good. Just be careful not the breathe while doing the as the powder has very fine particals and cane be inhaled easily.
I have not had any shipping issues or missing item packets from the several products I have bought. But I feel that if I do it will be worth it however long it takes or the extra, let’s face it, extremely minimal effort to get it resolved.

I just started using a sauna and recovering from an illness where I was retaining water. I seem to be losing the water now, and am helping the process with the use of the sauna. I learned that leg cramps are a part of my life now, so am taking electrolytes wherever I can, and learned that some of them taste REVOLTING!!! This one, however, does not. Tiene buen sabor aunque se siente mas dulce de lo que esperaba. El polvo al diluirse no se siente en el agua aunque toma tiempo en diluir bien.
It tastes good although it feels sweeter than I expected. When diluted, the powder is not felt in the water although it takes time to dilute well.

Love the lemonade flavor. Its not overly sweet and is refreshing.
This is a great option for people who are wanting to keep their sodium low. I don’t need to worry about that, so I add salt to mine.
The product itself seems to be updated because I haven’t noticed the white powder settling at the bottom anymore like it used to before. Although, I didn’t mind it. I would just have to stir it before I took a drink every time.
I like to add mine to a blender bottle with a whisk ball in it to help break up the clumps. You can mix it all in completely with a spoon and a glass, but it takes a while for it to fully dissolve that way.

I was looking for an alternative to gatoraide and when a friend recommended this brand. We first tried the pink lemonade and it was good but the lemonade is even better tasting. It seems to keep us hydrated and energized. The powder dissolves nicely with a bit of stirring and it doesn’t have any fake or odd aftertaste or texture. This will be my new go to electroyle drink and I’m thrilled I won’t have to drag large heavy packages of gatoraide from the store, saving a bit of plastic… Plus less plastic is a win for the environment.
It is a bit more expensive than gatoraide, so I’d love to see the cost come down a bit and if it does I’ll likely setup a reoccurring delivery.
