    This cream is very soothing to my dry skin.

    It contains urea which aids with softening the skin on feet.

    Received order in our mailbox. When the mailing bag was opened, one of the jars of the cream was totally broken on the bottom and most of the cream layered the inside of the bag. The other jar the lid was loose and about half of the cream was also spread inside the bag. My wife is a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy and the 10% urea cream was recommended for hand foot syndrome associated with the chemo.. But I’m not going to scrape the cream off the inside of the bag. Will return it and will search for another way to get it shipped so it will come intact.

    My husband has been under the weather for a short time and was experiencing very dry skin. Sometime his skin would actually just peel off. This udderly smoothe care cream works really good. It put back the moisture in my husbands skin, that he was loosing.

    The product is wonderful, non greasy, lite scent, absorbs quickly. Excellent for patients on chemotherapy that can cause irritation, burning and peeling of hands and feet. I have no issue with the product. The tub of lotion was mailed in a bag without bubble wrap. The lid was split so it does not screw on. There was quite a bit of lotion inside the bag.

    Recommended by my oncologist to help manage capecitabine-induced hand foot syndrome. The 10% urea is a key ingredient and makes this better than my prior moisturizer that I used.

    I have ordered this 3 different times and each time it came intact in a timely manner. However packaging varies and sometimes it was in a flimsy envelope vs. a box. I can see how it can possibly break in transit.
