3/18/24_The “U.S. Doctors’ Clinical Glucosamine Chondroitin with Advanced Joint Support for Healthy Joints, Mobility, & Cartilage Health with Advanced Joint Support [50 Day Supply – 150 Count]” is almost have the same ingredient as some of other. However, you’ll need to take 3 pills-they’re a bit smaller others. The ingredients list some from US, some imported (non specified), I’m always believe the optimal dosage for two main ingredients are glucosamine HCL 1200mg ,Chodroitin complex 1100mg and so far it has help to keep my joints remain in good shape. The “U.S. Doctors’ Clinical Glucosamine Chondroitin..” do have glucosamine HCL 1200mg, but Chodroitin sulfate sodium is only 150mg. After taking this supplement for over three weeks, I can feel the difference. My joints now start “talking”, I’m going back to the previous Glucosamine/ Chondroitin supplement–

I am not a healthcare professional. From what I’ve read, glucosamine and chondroitin can take 6+ weeks to kick in. This was a 50-day supply to review. This product seems well thought out and executed.
Positives:
-I like the combo of turmeric, quercetin, etc.
-No adverse tastes, smells, or side effects
-Reasonably priced
-Safety seals were intact
-Third party control audits
-Made in the USA
-State-of-the-art cGMP facility that’s state licensed and FDA-registered. Independent quality-control auditors such as NPA, NSF, and UL. This is significantly more than most supplement manufacturers state.
US Doctors’ Clinical’s website says they were featured in USA Today and Men’s Journal but did not provide links. A quick search did not pull up anything.
U.S. Doctors’ Clinical would do themselves well to update their online presence some to meet their high manufacturing credentials.

First of all, I acknowledge I have no idea how to rate this product. I obviously don’t have equipment to check the contents of each tablet against its advertised ingredients; I’d expect any improvement in joint discomfort to be very slow in onset and also difficult to measure, so I can list only my observations.
It seems the research on the value of glucosamine + chondroitin is conflicting; one study says the compounds are helpful, another says the opposite. There does seem to be some agreement that the combination (glucosamin-chondroitin) is more effective than either compound alone.
A few internet sites list the optimal dosage to be 1500 mg. of glucosamine and 1200 mg. of chondroitin. Other preparations (such as Kirkland Signature) contain this dosage in two tablets. This U.S. Doctors’ Clinical preparation uses three tablets to add up to 1500 of glucosamin, but only 150 mg. of chondroitin. Additionally, the Doctors’ Clinical pills include such things as boswellia extract, tumeric, quercetin, bromelain, and other add-ins.
I question the packaging of the Doctors’ Clinical box. On the side are 30 pictures of nameless white coated men and women who I’m supposed to assume are doctors. To reinforce this idea, at least seven of them have stethescopes around their necks: these would serve no imaginable purpose in pill development. And interestingly, all 30 pictures are taken against the same blue background. Looks staged to me.
So while I cannot address the clinical usefulness of this company’s product, I do question the chondroitin level, wonder why the additional ingredients, and snicker at the packaging. But I’ll take the pills anyway.

This company touts an “advisory board of doctors” and lists them on their website and on the box for the supplements, but has no third-party testing of their supplements. Without independent verification, which many vitamin/supplement companies now do and provide links to, it’s hard to be confident of the actual composition and potency of the pills. That said, I haven’t had any ill effects from having taken this for about a month now.

Happy to recommend this joint health supplement from the U.S.DOCTORS’CLINICAL Store. It a great mix of ingredients that keeps the cartilage healthy allowing for comfortable movement.
I like that it’s made in the USA but a little concerned that is has “imported” (and domestic) ingredients – I would have preferred everything domestically sourced. I don’t care that it’s gluten free – I don’t have gluten issues, like some do. I like that it’s from a cGMP-certified facility with third-party quality control audits. I’m not too excited that I need to take 3 capsules daily (I would rather just take one) but I understand that I giant capsule is harder to swallow that 3 regular sized ones. Interestingly, there seems to be a lot of “other” ingredients compared to other similar products I’ve used.
With regards to effects, as with any health supplement, results do vary and this review based on personal use of this product following the recommended use jus under 4 weeks in… I run 40 to 60 miles weekly and have not noticed joint discomfort (muscle aches, yes but never had noticed joint discomfort and attribute that to taking joint health supplements of various brands diligently, amongst other things). I have not noticed any negative side-effects with the consumption of this.

I purchased these Glucosamine Chondroitin with Advanced Joint Support. After taking them for a few days my old knees feel a lot better. I highly recommend them as your choice.
