I love the taste of this peach mango flavor and the fruit punch. This is my second time purchasing because I love the effectiveness of the nitric oxide pump. It dissolves well without clumps. I don’t feel jittery with this cleaner pre workout alternative.

I have been using this product for months and love the results but the last one I ordered was different. Upon closer inspection of the ingredients, I noticed they took out the beet powder! Why? That was the one ingredient that caused vasodilation! I’ll probably look for a different one now.

I am very impressed with this powder! As a woman in her early thirties who has gone on and off of heavy lifting, I’ve tried many pre-workouts and prefer something a bit more on the natural side, etc etc. I used to use RARI nutrition but they appear to have gone under.
This powder is one of the best tasting ones I’ve found – I got the BlackBerry lemonade flavor and it’s surprising how much it tastes like juice and less like fake fruit flavors. I do not get any “itchies” from this (assume that’s the stim free) and I do feel like it helps me stay motivated during my workout.

This preworkout checks all of my boxes. Non stimulant so it’s great if you workout in the evening but still need mental focus, energy, and increased circulation. It’s not going to hit as hard as something with high stimulants but it’s as good of alternative as I’ve found. It does have some beta alanine which is what some reviewers complain of with the itchy skin, most preworkouts have it. The dosage is relatively low which I like since too much of that stuff is really uncomfortable. The price point makes this a 10/10 for me.

There are some good things about this pre, but overall I’m kind of disappointed.
First off, the flavor is OK (I think I would have liked the other flavor they offer better). And it goes into, and stays in, solution really well. A lot better than most pres. And I thought it would be a good value for the price range.
However, I thought the ingredient list looked pretty spot on to what I like, but I don’t really feel anything when I take this. I know most of the stuff they put in these preworkouts is probably useless, but I at least enjoy the tingly feeling things like b-Alanine and betaine give me. This pre gave me none of that. I was curious if the beetroot powder they claim is in here would have any effect, but nothing. Therefore, I’m disappointed. I would not buy again.

I am VERY picky when it comes to drinking anything flavored because I am a water drinker. I wanted to try this brand for the clean title it held, and more specifically, their pre-workout since I’m getting more serious with my workouts. This fruit punch flavor is actually really tasty! Its not overly sweet and dissipates into water nicely (using my frother lol). Its like a creamsicle fruit punch taste. Product performance-wise is great! I hated getting the tingles from other pre-workouts, but this one is stim-free and caffeine free which I am thankful for. I didn’t feel like working out today but once I started lifting, the pre-workout just gave me that pump I needed to really push myself and focus. I ended up working out for 2 hours 😅 it’s great! I’m excited to try the other flavors from their pre-workout line.
