These liquid gels are from a long standing company which is great. They are great to have around for this time of year in the winter to reduce cold and flu symptoms. It’s also great to have day a mix for day time and night time.
It comes with 16 day time gels which you can take 2 liquid gels every four hours. It comes with 8 day time gels which you can take 2 liquid gels every six hours.

NOTE: This is a long review because it is for both types of daytime and nightime versions and my results with both types. I intend to use the same review both both if Amazon allows it to save time.
Pro: I had a horrible flu with every symptom you can have with them that lasted 3 weeks. Coughing, runny nose, chest and sinus congestion with mucous that could have choked a horse! I tested twice for Covid, and it was negative, but I still isolated myself so my 75 senior neighbors wouldn’t pass it around our community until the holidays were well over. Fortunately, I’m retired now and no longer need to show up for a job.
I also purchased a lot of Tylenol Severe Cold & Flu of day and night combination packages, but there are twice as many daytime, non-drowsy gel capsules so I would run out of the nightime pills and after two weeks ended up with too many daytime gel pills so I searched for a package of just nightime gel capsules on Amazon to match up better with the daytime version. It’s important to note that the daytime type lasts 4 hours, and the nightime version lasts for 6 hours. Very important to follow the manufacturer’s dosage advice or you could have severe damage to liver, kidneys. Avoid all alcohol and drink plenty of clear fluids while you are taking them. If you have to take it more than 5 days or develop new symptoms it is recommended you ask your doctor and/or pharmacist if you have concerns. All of this information is printed on the box, but it’s very small print so I use a magnifying glass to read it all.
I highly recommend both the daytime and the nighttime versions to manage severe cold/flu symptoms. I actually would forget I was sick at times for at least the 4 to 6 hours around the clock!
Finally, I always purchase several boxes of both types to have on hand after I’m over the flu to have on hand for the next cold/flu season. I don’t have a car, and hate going anywhere when I’m sick. Plus, I don’t want to infect anyone else while I’m contagious. Thank you Amazon for Prime Delivery to our front door!
Con: None for me, but I don’t take any prescription medications or acetaminophen when I use this product until I’m back to full health. Again, make sure your doctor knows everything you are taking ahead of time.

If you need something to heal you up you can trust Tylenol to do the job. Its best to take once you feel something off so it can do it’s job. As it comes with day and night you’ll be able to take it during the day to not be sleepy then the night version to help you get the rest you need. It’s small enough to take on trips with you in case you need it and to use too with a drink of water.

What I like about the Tylenol Day and Night Cold and Flu Liquid Gel: The gel capsules are easy to swallow. My husband got sick right after these arrived so the timing couldn’t have been better. The medicine helped with his nasal congestion, sore throat and helped him to rest much easier during the day and night. I like that it has a daytime and nighttime formula so you’re not groggy in the daytime when you need to be awake but yet you can rest much better at night. You get 24 tablets total and I do wish you got more to a package.
What I dislike about the Tylenol Day and Night Cold and Flu Liquid Gel: Nothing
