These Topcapak brand turmeric gummies have a nice gumdrop shape, a good texture and nice chew. The flavor is good with a tiny bite of ginger/pepper at the end, not unpleasant at all. Great for taking when I am on the run or out of my golden milk. Not crazy that they contain both glucose and sucrose, but the carb count is low so, I can adapt them to my keto lifestyle. The Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper Extract Vegan Made in USA- is great quality and the gummies taste good.
When I first loved about this product and for any product that shows you the ingredients on the product listing photo so you can make a decision before you order because sometimes there’s ingredients that you cannot use. This is especially important on items that are non returnable.
There’s a lot of information about turmeric and black pepper combination online and it’s possible benefits. There are also people that should not use this product and it’s important to always do your research before you take any supplement.
I’ve taken turmeric before but without the black pepper I was concerned it would give me a stomach upset, however this product does have a little bit of ginger in it to help alleviate that. The milligrams for the tumeric is 550 mg and I have read that a good dosage is anywhere from 500 to 2,000 mg a day. Two gummies are one serving and the gummies were great tasting orange flavor. I only took half the suggested dose just to make sure I didn’t have any issues.
Since turmeric can interfere with iron absorption, I took it 6 hours after I took my multivitamin. It can take 4 to 8 weeks to see improvement.
A great quality supplement I would purchase in the future.

I ordered these in June 2024 and the bottle came double-safety sealed with an expiration date of April 2026. I have taken the entire bottle without any side effects. The gummies have a pleasant orange flavor and do not stick to my teeth.
The label says they are organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and something else with a checkmark which I find impossible to make out, even with a combination of 3.5 reading glasses and a Fresnel lens.
As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

I’m used to taking supplemental turmeric capsules (for their antioxidant properties), along with the slight turmeric aftertaste and occasional indigestion. These orange gummies are such a big improvement over capsules. They’re shaped as gummy drops and have a sweet orange citrus smell and flavor. They don’t have the typical aftertaste and, so far, no significant digestion issues. The ratio of black pepper to turmeric is on point for absorption and 2 gummies per serving gets me pretty close to the 1200mg I normally take.

I was a little nervous at the idea of having gummies with Turmeric because capsules have sometimes left a nasty taste even swallowing whole (spices and I don’t mix well). I was pleasantly surprised that these are sweet and completely inoffensive in taste which is good considering it says to chew thoroughly. Since these are a long term maintenance type thing, I can’t say they dramatically changed anything but so far so good!
