I take this every so often because I have IBS-D… once in awhile I need a little – ‘firming’ action. Tums/calcium has always worked for me – so I take it. These chews taste good and are therefore easy to use. For whatever reason you might new tums, these are good option. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item – your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. I also refuse to ‘change’ my review for a refund of a product I have given a poor review – and that is offered from time to time. These tums have a bad after taste, like alu, just awful. And it takes some time for it to go away. Nothing like the tums I have used. Checked back on amazon and there are 4 or five different types of tums. I ordered the ones that dissolves in your mouth. Sure hope these will be better.

Great quality and works fantastic, the bottle looked sketchy because of the coating on the medication itself but they are fine, no worries and the watermelon flavor is now my favorite and always will be, great stuff.
