This supplement contains multiple ingredients known to help support liver function. I also like how it contains some cruciferous vegetables as well, so I feel like this one supplement has a lot of benefits. This one bottle has a 30 day supply, and seems reasonable for the price. You likely won’t see/have any changes with just the first bottle, though, and would need to continue this supplement indefinitely.
The bottle comes sealed, so I feel confident that it was untampered with. The capsules seem on the larger size for me, but still easy enough to swallow one at a time. I did think there was a faint unpleasant taste if I didn’t swallow it fast enough, almost bitter vegetable flavor, likely from the cruciferous vegetables inside. But it’s not a deal breaker.

Liver health is very important because the liver serves many functions for overall health wellness. So, I try to give my hubby supplements to help his liver with its processes. Tauroursodeoxycholic acid, which is the ingredient in this product, is also known to be a huge benefit for other health issues and serve as a preventative. Serving size is appropriate. 500mg falls on lower end of recommended upper safe limit for TUDCA consumption. Seems to help assist my digestion as I can digest proteins that were very problematic for me before. The inclusion of milk thistle is great for supporting liver. I feel the combination helps the body clear toxins which was much needed for my sluggish liver organ. I have experienced an improvement with my fatty liver symptoms. I am not giving medical advice. Product is non-GMO, gluten free and made in the USA in a facility that is FDA registered and GMP-certified. The bottle is stamped with a fresh expiration date almost two years out from receipt .The capsules are average in size, easy to swallow, no taste or aftertaste, no odor and causes no gastric distress. Note, this supplement type it is reported to need at least 30 days of continuous use to feel the effects of Tudca consumption. I am deducting a star despite many positives as I did not see any evidence of third party testing of ingredients to certify its quality and safety. If you are interested in this type of supplementation the brand has merit and should be considered.
