The TUDCA Supplement 1200mg (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid), 120 Ct Capsules are pretty standard size as most supplements. Easy to swallow…No weird aftertaste or repeats! These came packaged very well with safety seal. I’m always game for taking things that will better my health and these seem to work pretty good. Liver detox at the age of 54 is always a good thing. Nice product… here to better health!!!

TUDCA is one of those not-well-known supplements that is purported to support your liver’s wellness. It is thought to also support digestion, detox, bile product, and many more. This bottle of TUDCA by TOTARIA provides 120 capsules, which are a 60 day supply at 1200 mg each dose strength. It is pure TUDCA, without any other bioactive ingredients, just some filler magnesium stearate, which I like because I am suspicious of all those 10-in-1 supplements that Amazon is inundated with which I find to be super-suss. Definitely like this supplement and would recommend it to anyone interested in getting it

The capsules for this are a bit larger than your standard size, but not too surprising given there’s 1200 mg of active ingredient. They advise you to take two at a time with a meal, but I split it up and take one in the morning with breakfast and one at night with dinner.

I hadn’t heard of this supplement before, but when I looked up the clinical studies on this I was very excited to try it. Studies in mice show neuroprotective actions. There are also studies on liver healing and improving insulin resistance. I recommend looking it up on PubMed and reading the studies it, there are also pages that summarize benefits you can find online. I have been taking this along with some other supplements and feel like it is helping me shed excess weight after an injury without intentionally dieting, I have trouble burning fat without supplements. I fel like this is a great supplement to protect my cognitive beak=lth and has other benefits as well, this is a new staple in my supplement regime.
