Been using about a month.
Nice size, easy to take, pill breaks down fast
Will keep re-evaluating as I notice or don’t any benefits or issue.
I take a lot of suppliments – vitamins, minerals, & other.
I’ve been taking a lot and have recently been using different brands of what I had been taking and several I’ve not taken before like Tudca.
I plan to continue to take at this point.
I have noticed some benefits versus before but can’t attribute to anything specifically like this.
Will update review if I have any notable attributions.

after taking them i felt weird in my stomach area for a while. which I didnt care for, but I guess or guess that meant they where working.

I’ve never even heard of Tudca before. Usually, I would combine milk thistle with dandelion, burdock, alpha lipoic acide, and other supplements for my annual liver detox. I’m excited to try this Tudca and hopefully benefit from its offered health improving properties. Instead of the recommended dosage of 2 capsules, I only took 1 on an empty stomach, with a glass of plain water. I didn’t notice any significant smell or taste coming from the capsules. During the first day of trying this product, I didn’t experience nausea or dizziness. So I’ll keep taking Tudca and determine if it works as supposed to for cleansing the liver.

This TUDCA supplement does its job just like any other TUDCA I’ve tried. It works super well! If you’re looking for something that can help support your liver, detox your body, or cleanse your gallbladder, this is definitely something to consider. It’s cool that it’s made in the USA and the vegetarian capsules are a big plus for people who don’t eat meat. You get enough for a whole month, so that’s awesome. Totally recommend – seems the same as my GNC ones. Used for full cycle before reviewing! no issues.

I started taking TUDCA to lower my risks of gallstones. Gallstones are hereditary in my family and being around my family members whom have had gallstones and the pain they endure while passing them I decide to take TUDCA as a preventative treatment. With hopes not to have to go through that trama. This supplement is easy to swallow and is water-soluble. I have yet to see any benefits but that doesn’t mean that I’m not having any. I have yet to have any gallstones that are needing to be past so this may be working. I will continue to take TUDCA as a preventative for gallstones.

I have had gallbladder sludge and a somewhat fatty liver for several years, which I’ve been able to manage holistically. I decided to try this supplement after some research. I’ve been using it for over a week now, and I can definitely tell that it is detoxing my body. I had an upset stomach after the first couple of doses, but it’s seemed to settle down now that I’ve stuck with it for a week. I will continue to take this supplement, as I’ve had much less gallbladder pain since starting it. I appreciate that it’s domestically made and uses clean ingredients.

I got these for my mother who has issues with these sort of things and they seemed to help her feel better and have a more normalized life again. Worth a shot if you have some issues yourself!!! They are easy for my mom to swallow, maybe not for everyone, but at least could take them.
