I walk 7 miles a day and thought this would be perfect in the hot weather. My walks are a little over 2 hours. It only lasts 30 mins. Save you money and just buy one with a fan. It also doesn’t stay in place as you walk either. You have to keep adjusting it. 10/10 do not recommend.

Does what it says it will! I personally haven’t done the cold water method, but refrigerated instead. You will have to let it thaw if you do this method, which can be hard for timing if using it in a busy kitchen like myself. But it works, it gives cooling relief, and almost zero condensation. Just be careful when it is frozen solid! You will break the membrane if you try to bend it before thawed a little. No leakage yet, and it’s light enough to where you might forget you are wearing it.

So one of the great joys of hot flashes is that my head will reach a temperature that one could mistake for the surface of the sun. One day I’m going to see if I can fry an egg on it. Anyhoo, this little beast does wonders quickly. As I feel myself warming up, I sprint to the freezer, and don this wonder neck cuff and am able save myself the irritation of having to reapply the makeup that would have run down my face.
On the down side it doesn’t stay frozen very long, although for me most ice packs don’t (I can melt a glass of ice by holding it in my hand for 15 mins.), but the immediate help it give makes up for that.

Really needed this in recent days and it didn’t disappoint. Wish it stayed cold longer, but honestly it does the job just when you need it and it doesn’t take too long to cool down again.

I use this product everyday. Especially when it is so awfully hot in the summer here in Arizona. I keep mine in the freezer so it is nice and cold. Great quality, easy to clean, light weight too. I bought 2.

I purchased this item, due to hot environment at work. The use of it wasnt at all enjoyable. It was stiff after getting it cold and it didnt really get all that cold neither. The thought was there on trying to keep you cooled off but, I would suggest trying a different type. I only used it once, now it’s sitting in my “I dont use work draw”.

These work great!! I actually used them for after cervical spine surgery as an ice pack that would stay in place (used 2 at a time). Put in the fridge for an hour or two, then ran under cold water. Stayed very cold for at least an hour. Perfect for what I needed it for even though I’m sure that’s not what it was intended for.

I usually use a cooling towel and thought I’d give this a try on my recent camping trip. It “freezes” in the fridge relatively fast and doesn’t burn you like ice would. It stays comfortably around my neck without slipping off or choking me.
My only gripe is that I’d say it’s a stretch that this stays cool for up to 2 hours. Luckily, it doesn’t take long to refresh it, but you are limited to how you can get it gold again if you are outdoors away from a cooler or a fridge. Cold water works, but I’d rather preserve it for drinking.

I use this many times daily! When I feel a hot flash coming on, I grab it out of the freezer. It cools my neck which in turn eases the hot flash. Then return it to the freezer. When you start to feel warmth again, grab it. The only thing negative is that it doesn’t stay cool as long as I would like, but overall it’s well worth it!

It is comfortable and so easy to use and very effective. I get fierce head sweats ( rivulets from my brain stem and sopping wet hair) as an after effect of the brain and nervous system damage from late-diagnosed European Lyme disease. I use this device several times per day and it makes a huge difference in my comfort because it stops the profuse sweating. I love it. I will be getting another. Brilliant invention.
