The only thing I don’t like about these neck coolers is that they don’t get cold with running water. I was confused and bought these instead. They still work well. They get ice cold in the fridge. The carrying case is helpful but if it is left sitting in the sun, they will melt quickly.

Does not last long enough, product is done in less than 30minutes on the golf course, put the second in the “insulated bag” and it was half thawed in less than an hour. Waste of money!

This pair of Neck Cooling Tubes have worked for us in a few different circumstances already – a morning at the park, cutting the grass in full sunshine, a humid night watching fireworks… and it definitely helps keep us much more comfortable than without it!
It does freeze in the fridge, but it takes a couple hours. If we need it in a hurry though, tossing it in the freezer for 20 minutes gets it frozen faster. Depending on the temperature outside, we’ve had it last 30 minutes, but up to a couple hours in less sunny/extreme conditions.
The insulated case for them also works well for us. We were able to keep them frozen from the fridge to a park half an hour away without it thawing much at all.
The only removal of a star is the off-gassing that they seem to do. I’m not sure what it’s from, I’m assuming just the plastic it’s wrapped in, but it does stink and it’s hard to ignore it. But after we have used them about 10 times, it does seem like it’s mostly a more neutral smell at this point.
We will probably buy another set as our big kids want to use them now, too.

I was nervous to try this out because I thought it would be too cold and hurt my skin or be too heavy on my neck/shoulders. That wasn’t the case at all. It was very lightweight and didn’t hurt my skin. I actually didn’t feel me wearing it! I wore it in 100 degree humidity and it stayed cold for about 20 minutes. So this is a really good immediate short time option to cool off. If you are looking for something to last longer this may not be for you.

These are so amazing that I bought two more! I ride motorcycles in Texas and as you may know it’s hot here. These have changed my life!
They fit great around my neck and they freeze solid in 30 minutes. I’m so happy I finally found them!
The only thing I hate is the tag on the back. It catches my hair and pulls it. Ouch!

I’m glad it comes as a 2 pack, because they don’t last too long.
I get overheated at work, so I put one on under my collar, and wear it for an hour, or so. I keep the other one on ice, so that when i’m ready to switch it out, it’s nice and cold.
These would not be good for hot “outdoor” activities. They will not last!
They are pretty comfortable, and discreet.

These are prefect for my husband ( or anyone ) who suffers from heat exhaustion…as soon as you put one on you can FEEL your temp lower…they look a lot nicer than wrapping a towel around your neck and they do the job quick and effortlessly. We have 6 of them!!
