I waited before writing a review because I personally don’t like when people say they just started a regimen and need to wait and see. I have been taking this product for over a month and a half. I bought it because I have tried multiple times to lose weight but gave up. I was stuck. I figured that it was my metabolism that was slow. This absolutely helps. My metabolism is working better and I am finally seeing results. One more plus — the caffeine in it is from green tea, not coffee, so I don’t get anxious or agitated. I read some reviews where some people were wondering about that.

I really wanted to like this, however it gets stuck in your throat, it attacks your dangler and holds on tight. No matter what you try the feeling persists. If you like berries this is a great way to cure intense cravings. The continum of burping berries lasts from morning until night. This product is best placed in the trashcan.

I feel a lost better taking this, more energized, happier, fuller, but im also gaining weight even tho im taking these and cutting my diet… Hopefully its just my body adapting to them and ill start losing weight.
