So my problem with my prostate was SOOOOOOO bad that when I went to the toilet I had to stand there for a good 3-4 minutes before I could START a small stream and the flow was still very weak.. then 30 minutes later, I would feel the urge to go again and start the whole 3-4 min WAITING process again..talk about frustrating!!!..Then at night I was getting up to pee 3-4 times a night..So I make an appointment with my urologist and his next appt is 17 days from now..So krap!– I gotta put up with this problem for another 2 more weeks. So in the meantime I order this TRUE NATURE prostate formula from amazon (seen it in costco too)..It arrives in only 2 days.. I take double the dose it recommends– because I want to see if it can help me..Well by the 7th day, I START to feel a little better in that the urge to pee is not THAT strong and my pee stream is a little better….Then I REALLY noticed the difference at the 15 day mark.
My WAITING time to start a stream is cut down to only a 1-2 minutes at most.. NOT perfect by a long shot, but getting better..My night trips now are 2 times per night… So then I go to my urologist and he is such a great doctor. He said finasteride acts 40% quicker but comes with nasty side effects that hard to ignore..Including Testicle pain and retro ejaculation and possible increase of prostate cancer down the road..
My doc said Finasteride at 5mg is definately a powerful drug and men should avoid it , if possible..So I am now in the 3rd week of taking this TRUE NATURE product at DOUBLE the dose per day. I feel just a little bit better every4-5 days, and my pee urges are getting less each day as well. Even after 3 weeks of taking I feel 25% better… I will stay on this product at the DOUBLE dose per day for 4 months and report back..One other thing: My urologist said that some people that are taking 600 mg or 1000mg of saw palmetto or more per day may suffer from ED.. So he wrote me a prescription for viagra just in case the DOUBLE dose of this true nature causes ED. On the days I take take TRUE NATURE with Viagra, my pee stream is almost back to normal again..

Same ingredients, but a year supply for less. Been using for years. My urologist prescribed Flomax, which doesn’t work,
except for ruining your wife’s sex life.

I’ve been using this supplement for a while and the first sign I noticed when I first started using it was new hair growth! It is most obvious on my hairline but also the rest of the scalp area. That is why I love the pumpkin seed oil in this fabulous health complex. Altogether with the zinc, lycopene and palmetto, it seems to strengthen the reproductive system, at least in men, while supplementing your immune system, and even your skin. I love this supplement.

I believe it has helped after taking for several weeks. I’ve stretched my sleep time another hour before getting up to pee, from 4 to 5 hrs, sometimes 6 hrs. I’ve tried a dozen different prostate pills, all the popular brands. Note–a few years ago, I was getting up every 2-3 hrs and went to urologist who did an ultrasound on prostate, noticed blood flow was not optimal. He said I may have an infection deep in prostate, take doxycycline (200mg/day in morning before food, then food, then probiotic 30 min later) for 60 days. I did, came back, blood flow better, pee times improved 1-2 hrs longer. He said keep taking doxy as long as I can which I did for 2 more months…, got up to 4 maybe 5 hrs sleep, no pee urge. I ask how did this infection get there, STD or what, he says no…it’s a long term infection, could have been there for several years festering, likely caused by lifting heavy things with pee in bladder, the grunting/lifting force pushes pee into prostate, through vesicles where semen normally flows the other way from prostate into urethra. The reverse flow of pee into prostate causes infection in prostate that lingers, enlarges prostate, squeezing off urine. Go see a urologist…, ask for ultrasound to check blood flow, it might be a long term prostate infection from that heavy lift move you did or weight training. Also..lesson learned, pee and empty bladder before lifting heavy objects or weight training.

I have used this product for years. It was suggested to me to help with prostate health as lots of my friends were having prostate issues. So far so good, no issues and prostate is healthy. Might not be for everyone but it is worth a shot, can’t hurt.
