The 250 mg of resveratrol and 10 mg of red wine extract per softgel is a nice dose, especially for the price.
Some competing products tout their mg content for a serving size of two softgels, so buyer beware.
I have been taking these softgels for about a month now, with no side effects.
I will be reordering as soon as my supply runs low.

I think this product is pretty good for the price. Each capsule is a little smaller than the average multi, and goes down pretty easy. Some people complain about a bad laxitive-like effect. For me I noticed it mildly for the first 4 or 5 days then it went away. I take one every morning and it’s working well for me.

I have heard about the benefits of resveratrol and red wine (I drink a fair amount of red) for years. I must admit I don’t know how this will help me long term, but I wanted to give some feedback on my short-term experience. I started taking 2 pills a day 3 days ago and feel slightly better and have a little more energy. I am 46, 5’11” and weigh 235 pounds and want to get down to 180. I am a bit of a random exerciser. I will exercise 5 or 6 days a week for a month and then do nothing for 2 months. I am sure many people can relate. Over the last few weeks I have been walking 2-3 times per week. The duration is 3 – 4 miles and I walk at a pace of 4 mph. I went for a walk today and right out of the gate I felt different. Almost like I was on cruise control in the high speed lane. It is hard to describe and may have been a bit of a placebo effect. I walked 6.56 miles (I use Noom on my smartphone) at a pace of 4.2 mph. The first 3 – 4 miles were at a pace between 4.3 – 4.5 mph. I slowed down a bit towards the end as I have a bit of plantar fascitis (by the way look up Penetrex on Amazon for help with issues like pf, tennis elbow, etc.) and a problematic hip. When I left for my walk I figured it would be only 3-4 miles as the Friday night cocktails had a little kick to them. This may not sound all that impressive, but I definitely noticed a difference.
Despite the initial results, I am not totally convinced. I can’t tell you that this supplement is any better than any of the others on Amazon (or any place else). As I get towards the end of this bottle, I may do some research to see if I want to order this product again, stop altogether or find another supplement.
I was diagnosed with Raynud’s disease 3 years ago and it only affects my hands and fingers. I have read that resveratrol can help with that as it may improve circulation. It is way too early to say if this will help with that issue as the severity of the symptoms will vary from day to day.
I do plan on updating this review as I go along and I am hoping this product brings positive results.

This is a supplement that I believe helps keep one from aging by repairing cell damage at the DNA level.
There are no side affects. It is a bit expensive but hopefully worth it.
