These work great if you take them with the right combination of vitamins. I use to buy these keratin vitamins in Belgium that used cynatine keratin as the main ingredient and it worked wonders on my eye lashes and hair. This is the main ingredient that the other vitamin had, just different manufacturer.
3 bottles later. Don’t know, but something has changed since the first bottle and they were out of stuck for a while. Since I record the new bottles I noticed less results. Will stick with it for a little longer to see what Happens. Eye lashes are not as full and not as long. Time will tell.

I needed something to help expedite hair growth for some weddings I’ll be in next spring. I’ve used this for 1 month and I’ve already noticed such a difference. Of course, like all pills that are used for that purpose, be warned that it will make your hair grow faster everywhere. Because of my thyroid issues, I have nail problems. I have tried regular biotin supplements but they did not help my nails at all. I then started taking BioSil, which contains orthosilicic acid, a form of silicon, & it helped but still was not enough. So I added this True HNS product and after about 3-4 months for it to saturate my system, then my nails began showing a big improvement. They weren’t as soft as they used to be & I had lots less troubles with peeling & tearing. With my medical issues, I will always have nail issues to some extent, but for me, this product is definitely worth taking!

I used 2 bottles of this. I noticed much less hair fall and my hair grew more quickly but my hands and feet started itching like crazy. Through the process of elimination, I realized this supplement was the culprit. I have used biotin for years so it is either the bamboo silk or the keratin causing my issues. Unfortunately, I can no longer use this, but it works great if you don’t have itching issues!

This stuff work great for hair shedding. I noticed within one day that my hair shedding slowed down significantly. I used to run my fingers through my hair and would have a bunch of hair on my fingers. My shower drain would be filled with hair after I’d wash my hair. Hairbrush would be filled up with hair after brushing. After just one day, it almost stopped. This stuff was recommended to me by my dermatologist. She said, she herself has taken it and it’s the keratin that helps with the hair shedding. Give it a try.
