These vegetable capsules are standard size and encapsulate a light earthy toned powder (mushroom – Lion’s Mane). Their size and composition make it easy to swallow. They have a mild, earthy scent. The capsules have no flavor and don’t leave an aftertaste in your mouth. As to be expected, there were no ill effects from taking this product.
The quality is superior because there are no fillers, and the contents are organic. They are made with only the finest ingredients.
As far as the efficacy, as I state in all my reviews on supplements, my health is fairly good, so a product has to have an unbelievable effect for any noticeable reports.
This… I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to take mushrooms and assure themselves of good quality.

I have tried a lot of different mushroom supplements and this is by far the best I’ve found on the market. This company makes super high-quality, effective mushroom supplements that are certified organic and non-gmo.

The recommended dose is 2 per day, but since I am taking all four I decided to take 1 per day instead. I feel like I still get the benefits, but also it is 2-months worth instead of just 1. It is perfectly safe taking all four and I know with this company that the products are free from pesticides and heavy metals.
I do wish however that their packaging was a little more environmentally conscious. The jars are quite large and only full one-quarter of the jar. It would be cool if they distributed these in a paper zip-top bag that could be recycled.
I love this mushroom product and it is absolutely worth the cost for the exceptional quality and effectiveness! 💯 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I have been taking Lion’s Mane regularly for years to help with concentration issues and a little anxiety. In that time I’ve tried a lot of brands of this supplement. I can easily say that my experience thus far (about half of one Jar) has easily put this one in the top 3 and possibly rising long term.
It has been very effective for me. So much that in efforts to use up old stock of my prior choice I have confidently gone half and half feeling like there will be little lost. Of course one can never be sure of the claims on the adds/packaging, but I have no reason to doubt this one’s claims to use the fruiting bodies and have a good deal of Beta-Glucan’s. (Typically those are key factors in the better ones.)
If another supplement version didn’t work for you as a trail in Lion’s Mane, you may want to give this one a go as a second chance. (It might also just not be the right supplement for you, which is ok too.)
My only complaints, and they are rather minor ones in the form follows function category:
1. I wish it had a subscribe and save option to replace my prior choice with ease.
2. The packaging is over sized / enormous. Don’t be intimidated by the Jar because when you open it up you’ll see the pills are a reasonable size and it’s just got a lot of space in there. (I counted mine, they were all there, just a big Jar.) Would be one thing if they used all that space on the outside, but some of the print is in rather small letters. One or the other here when you get around to adjusting the packaging guys, lol! (Might excuse the jar size if I didn’t need to squint.)
Anyways, great product, very much so recommend if you need a new supplement in this category.
(Note: I believe in only taking what you need, if you’re doing fine without then keep on trucking.)

I’ve been taking lion’s mane on and off for a few months, and I think it does have at least a slight positive effect for me. But it’s subtle enough that I’m still not really sure if I’m placebo-ing myself. I didn’t notice any difference with this particular one compared to others I’ve taken in the past.
The capsules don’t have a scent outside of the bottle. If I sniff at the bottle opening, it vaguely reminds me of being in a pet store, or pet food pellets, or something like that.
It’s hard for me to swallow capsules with water, but if I take them with something carbonated or with warm tea, it makes it a lot easier. If they have a flavor, taking them the way I do makes it not noticeable.
The bottle came in a box, with a tamper seal on the inside. It’s a very oversized bottle – I included a picture where I put all of the capsules into the lid, and they almost fit in that. But it’s sturdy, and a nice color, and I like how the bottom is a little rounded, so when I’ve taken all of the capsules, I might try to peel the sticker off and reuse it for other things. 🙂
The one I got in April 2023 expires in December 2025.
