From the get go, love the sleek bottles, the kiwi apple taste is really good and goes down easily sip of the kiwi apple. Ir definitely got the job done. After a few minutes, it settled my brain and alertness level jumped up a few notches. And it was good to see that the ingredients were quite simple and nothing too crazy scientific sounding.
And finally the price is awesome. It comes out to a lot cheaper than the shot drinks at the store.

The TRU energy shots are flavorful, fast acting, and perfect for my gym bag. I do not get the jitters or skin crawlies, just a great amount of energy to power through my workout. I prefer them chilled but they’re just as effective if they’re room temp. I wouldn’t use this as a daily “pre workout” but it is great for spontaneous gym visits or just an afternoon pick-me-up.

Last Saturday night, I was struggling before my gig. I wanted to try one of the @drinktru blend energy shots and see if it helped. I was doubtful of this at first because I’m a caffeine addict lol… I’m trying to not drink too much coffee in a day so I decided to try this product in hopes that it would still give me the energy I needed. Low and behold it performed perfectly for my wake up and gym get up!!!! Will be ordering more to replace my 2-3 cups of coffee.
