I first used this product about 10 years ago, when I began to have issues related to spinal and knee arthritis. It practically has every substance known to support joint health. I took it religiously every day for two years. It immediately reduced the swelling, and thus the pain. I still have no problems with arthritis in my spine and knee. This time I purchased it because of arthritis in my wrists and a problem with one knee related to pronation. I’ve been taking it for a week and the swelling in both wrists and knee is receding. It’s easy to take, an improvement over the original formulation, which was a bit viscous. And the taste is good enough to take by itself, though I prefer adding it to 4 oz of juice in the morning. I highly recommend it.

In peri menopause/menopause and am having all sorts of joint pain particularly in my hip. Research indicates women in this stage of life are prone to joint pain in hips and shoulder basically because our tendons and such are drying out. My research indicted that glucosamine sulfate is the better form of glucosamine. This product uses this form. I am also happy that it is a liquid which absorbs faster. I modified my exercise regime, I was doing squats and lunges at gym. I put those on hold and began this supplement. It has been 3 weeks now, I take 2 tablespoons a day and my pain has been greatly reduced. I can now sleep comfortably on my side at night. I will lay off the leg exercises for another month and gradually ease back in and see how things go. I will continue this product because I think it is helping and my joints need to be taken care of. I do not mind the taste at all. I keep product refrigerated.

I have extreme rheumatoid and osteoarthritis in both my knees and am a perfect candidate for replacement, except I’m in my 30s. No doctor will perform the surgery, and so I’ve had to find other solutions to the excruciating pain. In early March, I injured my right knee, but didn’t rest it for two weeks and continued working out and doing more damage. Someone pointed me in the direction of prehab and supplementation. Well, I’ve tried the horse pills and the disgusting wafers and I’ve never been good at consistently taking them, as the entire experience is unpleasant. Figuring that a liquid would be easier, I started doing my research and found Tropical Oasis. It’s made in Texas and just a town over from where I live, so I got my first order next day. Within the first 3-4 days of mixing the supplement into some flavored water cut with a little plain water and drinking it I felt relief. Very little pain. Within 2 weeks, I was able to jog and squat and lunge with minimal pain. I’ve been a dancer my entire life and was able to get back to it. In conjunction with a high compression knee sleeve on some occasions I can say that I haven’t felt this amazing in almost a decade. Anyone with even a slight knee condition will benefit from this product. I don’t know how I lived without it, or why others are unaware of this incredible secret. I want to shout it from the rooftops. I went from so much pain every day and being kept up at night to being able to finally getting a full night’s sleep and standing up from the couch without holding on to something for support. While I will never be 100% pain free and will only find complete relief with a surgery and full replacement, this product has made life liveable again and has made it easier for me to do the things that I love and to continue with an athletic and active lifestyle. I waited for a marked improvement before writing a review and eleven days later I can say I have a 80 to 90 percent reduction in my hip pain. I no longer limp in favor of my right hip. Still have some stiffness after 30 or so minutes of driving when I first get out of the car but even that is not nearly as bad. I no longer feel like a doddering old lady as I walk around. I turn 65 next week so this is a lovely change. I did start taking a turmeric supplement about three days after I started this… not sure if that is part of the improvement but I’ll continue taking both as long as my motion is this good. I recommend giving it a try. Oh.. the taste is not good… but I put it in a shot glass and chase it with juice. Worth the moment of yuk.

I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars, only because I am still only a few weeks in…but it is working to ease my joint pain, and I can hardly believe it. It does NOT taste great, so you may want to mix it into juice. I like the liquid, because I had adsorption problems with large pills. I have inflammatory arthritis, and take prednizone for joint pain. But I want to lower my dosage, and Joint Complete seems like it is working for me. I am 72, but physically active, and want to stay that way!

I have been using this supplement for about three weeks. It seems to be decreasing my knee pain by about 30%. I have suffered from osteoarthritis for many years so I consider this amount of pain decrease to be substantial. Having said that, I am also considering that this might just be a placebo affect, but as long as it keeps working, I will keep taking it. My only problem is that the supplement does cause some GI distress, varying from gas in the lower GI tract to abdominal discomfort. This was worse during the first week or two so perhaps these side effects will eventually be resolved. I have been taking the regular dosage as instructed on the bottle. In my opinion, this supplement is worth a try. I’ve tried similar supplements that were in capsule or pill form, but they gave me no relief. The taste is tolerable as it’s easy to swallow the entire dosage in one gulp.

I like the ingredients except the sweetener. I don’t trust Xylitol and the sweetness is excessive. I want to take this but it’s hard for me to deal with the sweetness and aftertaste. There are no real directions. I’ve tried mixing the dose with different amounts of water.
