What an ingenious way to take calcium and magnesium. I’m much prefer taking a liquid supplement to having to try and swallow big pills. The orange tangy taste is also yummy almost feels like I’m giving myself a treat. This supplement is also keto friendly, which is huge for me. I’m definitely a fan already!

As I’m getting older, supplements are an important addition to my diet especially those which keep my bones, teeth and muscles strong. You only need to take 1 tablespoon daily with a meal.
Read the ingredients. There’s really not too much more one can write about supplements other than to know what you are taking. This does have a nice orange dreamsicle flavor. I did not experience any adverse side effects after taking this. The liquid was relatively fresh, with an expiration date of 04/2026 1 1/2 years from now.
I’m not a physician so make sure to talk to yours as appropriate before taking any kind of supplement to make sure the ingredients are right for you.

It’s a little bit chalky but the flavor is amazing! I didn’t even realize it was flavored until I tried it. It’s “Orange Dreamsicle.” One thing I really like is you don’t have to refrigerate it – we have limited space. It does say best if used within 60 days of opening. There is 64 servings so I assume I’ll probably have it at least a week or so after 60 days – but hopefully that is ok. Just don’t wanna be using it 4 months later!
I’m already taking calcium pills for osteopenia but taking this as well since I don’t eat a lot of dairy. 1 serving alone isn’t what my doctor recommends in a day. But it’s a lot nicer to take this than swallow extra huge pills!

Really liking this supplement so far! It has a plesant taste and you get a nice amount in each bottle. The bottle is made of very good quality materials and I like the screw top. You get a good amount of servings in each bottle which allows you to reduce how frequently you have to reorder.

I’ve always been a fan of liquid supplements since they are easier to absorb by the body and faster acting. I take another magnesium powder mixed with water for easing my occasional leg cramps so when I saw this calcium and magnesium combo, I had to give it a try. I was not sure what to expect when I opened this very large bottle but it makes sense it’s white in color and has a slight chalkiness but it isn’t unpleasant at all. The orange creamsicle flavor is what sold me on getting this, it smells great out of the bottle and it tastes pretty good too, the amount of sweetness was perfect for me, not overly sweet but enough to enhance and compliment the flavor. I really appreciate them using xylitol as the sweetener, it gives a cleaner taste more like sugar but it’s considered low carb, plus there are other good things to xylitol.
I included a pic of the liquid, here I’m taking 1/2 serving which is 1/2 tablespoon since I take other supplements and vitamins as well. My husband does the same and also enjoys this flavor. So far so good, if anything changes, I’ll update my review.

I’ve been taking a liquid calcium magnesium supplement for a while now and needed a new product so I ordered this Tropical Oasis brand. Turns out, I’m not a big fan of this flavor although is does have an authentic orange dreamsicle flavor and is a bit chalky as to be expected. I’m not fond of the 2 grams of xylitol as I try to avoid alcohol sugars. However, this one also does not have to be refrigerated.
So overall, in comparison to the one I’ve been taking, I prefer my previous liquid calcium magnesium for flavor and lack of alcohol sugars, they are both comparable for quantities of the noted ingredients.

This review is for Tropical Oasis Liquid Calcium Magnesium.
I am not a big supplement person for the obvious reasons that such things are rarely proven to do any good, nor are they properly regulated to ensure that they contain what they say they do. That said, and assuming this made in the US product contains what it says, the health benefits of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D are obvious and well proven. Delivering these in a liquid format is proven to aid in absorption. And the inclusion of Boron not only helps in this way, but boron itself has scientifically proven health benefits. As such, I am very happy with this product and I add it to my daily smoothies.
Taste wise, this tastes much like milk of magnesia, so don’t expect anything stellar, there.
