The most important rating for supplements is how effective they are. This however, takes time, weeks or even months, to evaluate. And, this can be subjective. I can’t rate effectiveness yet.
I take a LOT of supplements, for 40 years, and I’ve extensively researched them regarding the claimed benefits of their active ingredients. I suggest you do the same. I always keep in mind who gains financially for their claim (either pro or con) and/or litigation avoidance posturing – as an indicator of objectivity.
And, I research the NON-active ingredients to see if any are “controversial”. A common reason for NON-active ingredients is they “help” the MANUFACTURING process. ALL ingredients I’ve EVER seen listed on supplement labels are GRAS – Generally Regarded as Safe – by the US-FDA.
But some doctors and researchers don’t always agree. That seems important to me. I evaluate the entire ingredients list, for these Amazon reviews. I avoid controversial ingredients on principle, provided I can find a similar produce without them. Usually I can.
Also, it is possible for supplements to interact with pharmaceuticals. That could be important, pay attention. I don’t take any pharmaceuticals, so I don’t comment on interactions.
The lable indicates this is a liver suppliment. It contains Milk Thistle which has 10 purported benefits including liver. And Artichoke which has 6 purported benefits, including liver.
These contain no ingredients considered to be controversial.

I read all the information on this Amazon listing very carefully and I’m quite impressed with the product assuming all these claims are true. As far as our personal results, only time will tell.
I give this a 4.5 star rating until I’ve taken it long enough to observe the results.
I did some web research on the ingredients to determine what they may do to improve and support our health and wellness. Quite interesting – you may want to take a look yourself. Fascinating formulation in this supplement.
Very important to me: it is made in a cGMP facility in the USA.
And I’m especially pleased that it is 3rd party tested – meaning, we can be reassured that the ingredients are clean (no contaminants) and the quantity stated on the label is actually the concentration in the capsules.
PS: some other companies actually show the 3rd party test result documents on their Amazon listings so we can see it for ourselves. It would be exceptional if Triquetra Health could do this also.
60 servings so 60 days at this price seems to be acceptable for the quality of the product. Hopefully we can fit it in our budget.
I tend to start slowly with a new supplement until I can determine if I may react or have side effects, so I open the capsule and start with 1/4 of the dose for a few days, then carefully increase the dose slowly until I’m at the full amount. If I have any unusual reactions, I’ll be back to let you know.

A potent, branded form of milk thistle that’s standardized to ensure high quality and consistency. This is a high quality milk thistle formula with the key characteristic ratios fully disclosed, namely the 29-36% silybin content, as well as another parameter… this is important information that is usually not provided with many brands, and with this info, you can be sure of what you’re getting, where as with other brands, you just don’t know…. it can be very confusing, with just straight milk thistle out there, and then you have what I have been using, a milk thistle “extract”, a 50 to 1 ratio extract I’ve been using, for the past few months… but this brand here, uses a branded form of milk thistle, with standardized content on the key intrinsic factors, so I view this brand as being superior to the general generic milk thistle extract products, at least that’s how I understand it. So yes, a fantastic, potent, high quality milk thistle product that’s made in the USA, which is a must for me nowadays. Great product.
