Overall Omega 3s are vital for optimal health. This product and brand focuses the benefit more on the eye health, but has a lot of other benefits throughout the body, including the heart. With Omega 3s you can make sure your eyes are being nourished daily so it can help improve vision. It can help reduce eye dryness, burning, improve retinal health which is vital for vision, reduce inflammation responses, and much more for the body as well. I really enjoyed this supplement due to it having a really good amount of fish oil with a great amount of EPA and DHA which is where the benefits come from. It’s hard to find Omega 3 Fish oil that has the right amount of fish oil, EPA and DHA ratio, but this one is great. It does say no fishy smell or taste but it does have both. To me, I don’t really mind either or, but it does not have a very strong smell and has minimal taste which can also prove as advertised that it is pure. As far as the price, I do think it is on the high end, especially when it is only about a month supply for $40. I would have wanted to rate this product higher because of how great it is but I rated it 3 stars because the price and it advertising no fish smell or taste brought it down even if it is minimal taste. Still a really great product and confident in the health benefits!

Have tried three different versions of fish oil supplements in the last 12 months. This one seems to check the right boxes.
Before I get into it, note that fish oil is one of the supplements (for me, your experience may vary) that it’s difficult to perceive a difference about. I am taking them more on the research and recommendation of others for brain and eye health. Having paused a supplement regimen while ill, I do notice a cumulative difference but I can’t say which of the items (or all) to connect the difference to.
That said, here’s what is favorable about this version:
a good epa:dha ratio
No fishy smell/off putting taste
Third party manufacturer certification (the issue of oxidation comes up with fish oil and a certification might indicate quality)
Price:value ratio should be evaluated at time of purchase. At time of order this item was at the higher prices end of options, although not the most expensive per dosage.

After my doctor suggested that I take Omega-3, I have now been supplementing with them every day for the past couple of years.
And these CorneaCare Triple Strength pure Omega-3 fish oil soft gels are the real deal when it comes to a high-quality, clean ingredient, 3rd-party certified supplement.
The jar arrived in perfect condition, all safely seals were intact, with an expiration date of 08/2024.
Since I am very used to taking an Omega-3 supplement, I have seen them in all sizes, and although these are a little bigger in size, I have no problem swallowing them.
I take the recommended dose as stated on the jar; one after each meal, with a full glass of water, twice a day. These soft gels have no taste, nor any smell, and they do not give me any fish burps after they’re digested.
If you’re looking for an excellent quality Omega-3, and these fit into your budget, I would highly recommend adding these to your supplement routine.

If you’re like me and fish is tough to swallow these pills certainly aren’t going to help. These are pretty big and honestly kinda difficult to swallow – and I say that as someone who takes a lot of pills every day. The good news is that there’s no real flavor or smell when you’re taking these, so you’re not bombarded with stinky before you take your pill. As to the effects of the pills, this supplement contains fish oil, and then added EPA and DHA in addition to whatever is naturally in the base fish oil. EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids, and are found in the oils of fatty cold water fish like salmon. We don’t naturally produce these fatty acids in our own bodies, and they’re surprisingly important for a whole bunch of functions, which is why doctors tell us to eat so much fish. They help our eyes see better, our joints to swivel easier and also helps our grey matter talk to itself better, but like anything relating to your brain it takes about 2 weeks for any noticeable effects to take place. Any help you get is going to be better than if you don’t eat any fish or take any other omega-3 supplements though.

I know that omega-3 supplements can help improve heart health, and I was interested in this supplement when I saw that it can also support eye health. Apparently omega-3 can also help ward off eye diseases and help treat dry eye syndrome. Studies show consuming omega-3, whether in foods you eat or in a supplement, may help reduce the risk of developing macular degeneration and glaucoma. The recommended usage is 2 softgels per day to deliver the full dosage of 2000mg of fish oil, 900mg of EPA, and 680mg of DHA.
The softgel is not overly large as with some other Omega-3 supplements, making them easy to swallow. There is no taste or aftertaste with the softgel encapsulation. It looks like this supplement is produced in a GMP certified facility and third tested to prove content and make sure that it is free from harmful contaminants.
Overall, the CorneaCare Omega-3 fish oil supplement is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a pure and effective way to support their eye and heart health. Its high concentration of Omega-3 and third party testing make it a must-have for anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being.
